Volatility in sp means little for the strong hand-but attracts more trolls and the “I told you so brigades “.

Remember you only lose money when you sell your shares ,otherwise you lost 0 ….all paper loss means nothing on the long term prospects..

GR unfortunately mismanaged the project and commissioned incompetent Stark to let Prem down but hopefully he learned his hard lessons. Canmax is the bigger loser and far more than you and me and surely doesn’t like to see the sp this low or see prem go down the drains!

I am holding a big sum here and feel confident Prem will come good early next year…

Canmax will play ball and whatever the agreement between the two ,it can’t be as bad as where we are now but moving forwards at a better pace as Cannax probably had enough by now of GR shenanigans..

GR seemed deflated and resigned to his farewell but whatever Cannax next move would be for the better from the current sp.

Well he recently appointed a new chairman to help him but I felt his demeanour was more like admissions of responsibility to many failures and no smiles ,no joking and didn’t show the assertion of confidence we usually accustomed to his appearances previously…

He must be very disappointed and embarrassed of all this . I just wonder if he had enough of it all at his 73 of age. He may sacrifice himself for the success of Prem. He did his best to take Prem to this stage of progress…

In today’s Q&A I can see GR is fighting for his position but repeatedly saying how impressed he was with Canmax at every level during his recent visit to them..full of praise!

He apologised for his shortcomings and took full responsibility of what happened to all missed targets….

It was like a justification for his resignation and getting replaced by a more competent CEO..

This move will definitely return more confidence in Prem for all the stakeholders and strengthens Prem position ..if the replacement is a well known of a high calibre in the mining industry…

This is just another possibility though GR also said “I am here to stay and going anywhere “!

Thinking of all those remarks by GR…..

Yes ACKER …it’s all about how much it costs to Prem…but will not be detrimental to Prem survival at this stage as Canmax has already invested tens of millions at a much higher sp too. I think there must be some sort of agreement between the two of them but they haven’t agreed how much Prem would sacrifice to Canmax…just imo and the latest RNS indication that negotiations are taking place.

I think we will get support from Canmax when you look at the bigger picture ..

GR has spent money and years to get Prem to this stage, built the local community,new housing,employment of locals …etc . The Zimb Authority wants GR as a middle man with the Chinese. His recent chairman new appointment of a well known rich businessman from Zim has another significant benefit to strengthen Prem and his position…

I feel we will be ok moving forward…

The latest RNS confirms the changes..and the change of direction.

On the grand scheme of things we have GR is trying to find the best way out for Prem to retain his credibility after getting incompetent Stark to commission the pilot plant that’s not delivering as was promised..but also we do have a clever geologist onboard representing Canmax interest in the knowledge of what’s going on ,also the support Canmax gave to Prem in August was a vote of confidence in Zulu Assets.

GR mismanagement and incompetence of Stark have weakened Prem position and all is now dependent on Canmax continuing support Or choosing to weaken Prem further to swallow it on the cheap? Or taking a much bigger share before the next step of taking it over..

On the other hand Canmax seems desperate for Lithium supplies and their share price has lost nearly a third of its value this year and they announced recently a share buyback to support the declining SP ,so I don’t feel they want to creat more pressure at present to rattle their share price by generating uncertainty with Prem..

I agree with the notion that Canmax is already onboard here and wants the full amount of SC6 at 4000t+ earlier than waiting a few months more.

The recent exchange visits by GR to Canmax and Canmax to Zulu probably agreed on the new strategy and Canmax more likely will support Prem rather than weakening it further.

Let’s hope so!

If Canmax asks for $1.5 m in Nov and Dec then we know there will be troubles a head but if they allow Prem to carry on without this or even accept payment by shares ,it will be a vote of confidence in Prem abilities to fulfil its commitments to Canmax and great reassurances to us all…

Even if the Stark sold the lots the dilution effect is less than 1.7%…this is not relevant if you want to consider the sp effect…

The share spread is far more at all times!

They needed the money so the sold at a loss which is not relevant anymore to Prem..

Thetwoofus…yes but they accepted their payment at .44p per share and it’s irrelevant if they sold afterwards to raise the cash they desperately need. This is not a negative to sell shares to raise cash in emergency…what else could they have done!

Obviously they were confident at the time sp @.44p was ok to get paid with…

It seems the only anxious are the private investors and none of the insiders are but in fact GR , Canmax and even Stark increased their holdings or put their money forwards and Stark were paid by shares at a much higher sp than now…

Too many parties are involved here to see Prem succeeding…

Holding with confidence and not bothered by volatility for the time being..
