Their nearly half a billion shares already lost 14% on Friday and within a few hours Geoffrey Madderson tweeted to reassure shareholders of all is well at the mill!

Can you imagine missing the 25/11 deadline and their shareholding value dropping by over a million $$ from what they already paid for?! No way STARK would allow this to happen..

Guys ..George Rouch, STARK interests are firmly allied with ours and the success of Prem..

The RNS put STARK at the end of the shotgun barrel…

Let’s see it this way…the real deal ..

If STARK (G Madderson )is telling us the mill is fine and working well then they basically exchanged their due payment for 465,625,750 shares @.44p it must be taken as a very positive signal and basically they paid $2,500,000 for them as a sound investment and no one can argue that they know better than GR and the rest of us about the functionality of the mill and also of SC6 to be produced…if $2,500,000 is worth a lie for them to do..they can’t sustain their business and overhead expenses to carry on for long!

The fact everyone should understand the negativity spouted by the resident experts here must be ignored and I rather believe in Prem achievements there to see and the people who knows how well their constructed mill is doing at the mine..

Be patient and we will see the strong rebound is sp next week…

I hold tons of shares after loading up more on Friday…at its low waves luckily..

The panic of loose hand holders and stop loss bottoms caused the chaos on Friday..

You only lose money if you sell but by keeping holding your shares costs you nothing (only paper loss )..

IMO today dip in sp was not relevant to the overall outcome of Prem…

I accept your argument about diluting the existing shareholders but you could agree if STARK accepted to be paid in shares while they were working to fix the mill paying their staff wages and parts expenditures..etc unless they know it’s a good deal for them in the knowledge of what Prem and Canmax agree to produce including the suitability of the grade?

Surely if any of the buyers bought today below .44p is a good punt…otherwise STARK wouldn’t take these huge numbers of shares as payments for the whole repair to fulfil the required by them before 25/11…

Why would Stark be happy to accept payments by shares @ .44p…well they know far more than any troll here spouting an absolute rubbish..

Stark knows the grade and the capability of producing the quantity required…

I was given an opportunity to buy more on discount….I happily obliged..

Yes ACKER…This is precisely the point …the mill is functional for a while now and I can’t believe all involved are lying or trying to cover up untoward issues and then for what purpose?!

Inviting the British ambassador to visit the plant at this particular time with a photo of full bag seen on the background surely indicates they were proud to celebrate their achievements..

Of course some are waiting for SC5/6 grade confirmation and quantity to be there as per agreement with Canmax but surely for a shareholder to gain maximum gains is to buy now and not after these announcements…

I agree but Prem is a producing company now but KOD has at least 18-24months to reach to where we are with Prem.

Prem sp would go passing 1 p in no time once we have a confirmation RNS this month.

Prem is a far better bet imo.

The interim results can be issued any time outside the regular yearly ones…

It’s main purpose is to communicate with shareholders on operational performance..

Company registration location is not relevant but shareholders ownership is the one you need to focus on. They own the company and even if Prem is in Togo!

The only other issue if there are creditors in the play and more problematic if secured creditors.

So our company ( majority ownership by uk shareholders it seems) will be announcing interim results hopefully before the end of the year …and the ceo statement on 29/9/2023 is sounding very confident and reassuring..

No news doesn’t mean bad news and Prem would have been obliged to put an RNS if there are bad news to inform the market…

STARK recent media interview was positive and was nothing declared untoward…

The sp is the MM voting agreed price and not necessarily reflecting the intrinsic value.

SP is reflecting the low sentiment and trends….it’s the also mistrust between the market and the management (AP) credibility but the company itself has come a long way since last year..

IMV the current sp is a good punt..and let’s not forget VAST assets speak volume and any upgrades in BP will push the sp much higher from this bargain basement level..

Adding to all the possibilities of JV and even a takeover …
