Sclp BoD must respond to the SP market's valuation disconnect of the Company by finding investors /partners of scale that understand and believe in sclp direction and full potentials but so far they failed miserably imo…

Current D/E is around 2 to 1 but serving the coupon is affordable but may hinder expansion.

Hence farming in with JV is a good option to grow the portfolio and revenues to generate big cash where you can negotiate with a strong hands with bond holders.

Suspension scenario is not a big deal and maybe beneficial to IOG while it sorts out its increasing revenues and cash to pay the debts but postponing it current obligations…

Administration is not an option here and far away from it…

Let’s see what happens but at the current sp the company is at a bargain base !

DaProfet..10.47 is what I am thinking too then add to the possibilities of farming in JV in other assets drilling which have been postponed due to cash restraints and to build up more cash to strengthen the balance sheet.

Yes it’s a risky investment at this juncture but I don’t believe the bond holders would dare to pull the plug yet but definitely a continuing threat for the next year..

Let’s hope IOG is sorting it out with its near term due coupon payments…

Financial restructuring will take place and more positive news will be forthcoming of increasing production and expansion with possible takeover..

The management team are top class and their reputation on line..

SP looks incredibly strong …and no retrace and keep on climbing incrementally.

Obviously it’s not the time to sell but to hold for more gains..imo

I am holding this beauty and confident we will be over 15p by the end of the year..

Analysts valuation and brokers recommendations are not a good or reliable source to depend on but just waste of time..

No one can give you a real value of a company if that company is not making profits..

The best valuation we can rely on is the market valuation as currently reflected in sp…this is where mm voted to be at present which depends on many factors they consider relevant including technical analysis …

We gamble on buying and selling shares and the worse type of gambling when trading or lth in AIMs companies! Most AIMs are life style and fraud!

We buy shares on prospects and expectations and analysts and brokers almost always have conflicting interests in doing so…

Currently on technicals sclp sp is in overbought position but once this settles and profits takers vanish we will see the next leg up towards 23/24p ..in the short term.

Crumbs…has sold much of his holdings recently at the very wrong time (lowest sp wave in over a year) after doing the due diligence and now he will hold for £1 a share..lol

Our problem is not VAST but its ceo who can’t be trusted by the markets and stakeholders like the majority of shareholders but when you look now where we are then surely we should be @much higher sp.

Yes debt at this juncture is not a big deal and imo the best time to buy shares is now at the bargain base..

One positive news and this sp will become history …
