What’s more important to miss the deadline or to have Canmax bite on our back..?

If Canmax is showing understanding then all is well and will produce SC6 and the volumes required…as per the August agreement..

Canmax is not going to cause problems every few months..

All I can say Prem is in a better shape now after achieving important milestones of building the pilot mill ,producing condensate and continuing optimising the mill process to produce the high grades of Spodumene with increasing quantities. Prem is supported by Canmax who desperately needs Prem products (at a higher grade)..

Extraction of the desirable grades is a very complicated matters as you probably know and I consider Prem is going to produce both the volumes and the grades if not this year then early next year will be the case..

Prem has a good cash now to pay the penalty too if required by Canmax but I really don’t believe in Canmax interest to do this either..

STARK imo is doing its best and able to achieve whatever they were committed to do and just acquired nearly half a billion shares in Prem when I am sure the cash for them would have strengthened their cash flow with certainty but they took Prem shares instead and for me both GR and STARK have to achieve whatever needed to make it work .

The current sp imv is ridiculously low to it’s enormous potentials …and then we still have other valuable assets let’s not forget…

I hold a few tens of millions of shares here and preparing myself for volatility but confident I will be far better off within next 12months…

Time will tell for sure..and lots of patience is required too..

Mining business takes years if not decades to succeed..and prosper..

I agree with one poster here too that Prem might be vulnerable for a takeover at any time from here on but also I believe we are at the low sp which is not going to last long before a re rate..

Interview will need to take place for clarification of the current conflict of opinions between Stark and Prem…and to help stopping the market speculation and uncertainty..

Prem here to stay and sp is as cheap as you could get…just imo

Pilot mine is there and producing the right quality and the management believed to manage production of 1000 ton by 25/11( we will be updated soon) as per the RNS on 3/11.

Insider (STARK )just acquired just under 500,000,000 shares at .44p

The CEO has big holdings here and recently bought more at over .90p in placing and also put money on the table to prevent Canmax taking over the mine..

STARK CEO tweeted on 3/11 telling us not to panic and the mine is working well as planned..

The decline in SP on 3/11 was a gift! allowing some here to buy on the cheap.

The British Ambassador in Zim visited the zulu mine on 2/11 and was impressed with everything he observed there…otherwise he wouldn’t be there or being rather invited there.

Canmax is investing more money than even before the recent dispute which was resolved amicably.

Recent chairman appointment is very positive.
