We have huge valuable assets to be monetised but needs competent people to do this . Canmax wouldn’t let Prem slipping away through their hands…they need us as much as we need them now…

Not quite as you see it!

If Canmax takes interest only then they are infusing confidence in Prem to achieve its targets without much if any financial constraints but if they asked for the $1.5m then we will have to raise big time and sp will collapse again with market sentiment plummeting as Canmax is weakening Prem by putting further financial burden and more uncertainty and Canmax may even taking out Prem by default…

Many Good Businesses fall because of bad planning and cash flow constraints.

The one and only (GR) put us in this spot of bother!

Let's hope they accept to take interest but not the full $1.5m then we are off to the races, otherwise we will be in trouble unless Canmax wants to weaken us further and takeout Prem on the cheap. We are in a bit of a pickle!!

Mcap is now far less than our resources and Assets..and accumulating debts for unfulfilled commitments due to failure to monetise our resources and sell them…

I will be happier for a takeover @ reasonable offer..unless GR gets reborn..

What recovery in sp ! When the spread is 11%? This needs to be much narrower before we talk about recovery. The only winners now are the MMs ..

I don’t agree that removing GR would creat more uncertainty than where we are now…

Bring a well tested and reputedly good name in mining industry to reverse this negative sentiment…the company Lost directions…by his leadership.

Yes I am for an EGM

We need 10% of voting shareholders with one resolution to oust GR out.

For the time being let him read and see our calls here and he may resign by himself and for once we give him the thumbs up!

Nothing personal here but our financial interest is in big danger. Just look at the market reaction and sentiment for the recent decline in sp that lost over 70% of its highs this year. I put this to GR dismissal performance.

GR is not fit for purpose

He is staying in as a CEO for George and not to the shareholders.

He has been given more than enough chances to prove himself but failed to deliver in every one of them.

He became a liability and untrustworthy.

Probably Canmax will use him as Trojan horse to take over Prem at our expense.

It's his own fault he took more than he could swallow.

It's business and he is not a good captain.

I think GR should leave his position as a CEO and stay as a member of the BoD but not as CEO. His performance made him a hindering factor to progress. Market and shareholders lost trust and confidence in him.

We need to recognise this for our sake.

Let's see what Canmax says.

But Canmax has already valued it @$200m..!

They will be in a big trouble if they make Prem insolvent and call the creditors…

It will be a blatant act of sabotage to steal Prem through fraudulent process…

Also GR did put his money forwards to support prem in the last Canmax revolt and mentioned alternative parties were interested too to join Prem…

I still believe Canmax will support Prem and also in the know of all what’s going on before it was announced through the RNS…

Yes I a greed with you on this point that GR could have reassured 199 people attended by saying “we have enough finance to see us through to Feb 24” but he caved in and more or less implied the financial issues need an RNS …or avoided to answer it..

I was hoping for reassurance but wasn’t there..

Let’s see what Canmax next move..

What was the reason for GR visit to Canmax ?

Is it to tell them what the facts on the ground?

Or to test the water with them for an offer to buy Prem?

Or just a weekend break!

Canmax is calling the shots now and I can’t see them walking away..but to support Prem but at what price and how this might affect us…

GR put his trust in Stark was a colossal mistake…costing money,weakening our hands and detrimental to where the sp is now..but ultimately he takes the full responsibility for it and he admitted that.

Still Prem with it’s assets can’t go under but it might get a cheap lowball offer from Canmax or another possibility of JV . GR needs every help he can get …

I don’t agree Prem is finished but I can see so many impatient investors here.

Prem has huge valuable assets but the difficulties/uncertainties tainted the whole picture…

I am more than confident of Prem succeeding ….

We need to be patient. ..

GR in the Q&A yesterday did say” Iam not insensitive to shareholders views “ about him but reiterated and said”I am not going anywhere and I am here to stay and see this through “.

People including myself are free to put their views about him too..

He did mismanage Zulu and he admitted his shortcomings and apologised to shareholders yesterday.
