You are well informed that there are three options to move forward into producing SC6..

The money already raised is enough to pay for the first two options to achieve success,so let’s wait and see before talking of further placement..

SP will be at much higher too when further placement if it happens ..

Let’s slow down and be patient..with Glencore and Canmax I can see Prem de risked big time..

It looks promising for tomorrow and MMs are preparing themselves for reversals..

To be quite fair..your post may have some validity before Glencore involvement

The situation now is very different with Glencore being involved after LOI..

Glencore have seen what’s there and aware of Zulu capabilities with rectification and there must be a plan with Canmax in the presence of GR who became so weak but a good tool to follow their instructions to succeed…but if you believe Canmax and Glencore are not good enough to see Zulu working then it will be a different conversation altogether..

The consolidation is coming of course buy I agree it would not be an immediate issue ,though it would not affect the share value but it will be positive for the company to trade on the market.

The only way I can see Prem is up from here with good progress news incoming.

With regards to further placement…it’s a possibility but at much higher sp if it happens…before JV with Glencore to complete the formal agreement..

I think you misunderstood the point of LOI ..

I am quoting this from a legal document

“ Letters of intent may be used when the parties need to start to procure materials, commence site preparations or start the works before agreement of all the formal contract terms (or the formal contract price”

Glencore cannot help the plant construction without the LOI.

Glencore is now involved with Prem /Zulu in every way to help produce SC6 and they would have done their extensive DD before signing it…

LOI is not merely a show of interest as you posted..

Glencore LOI is very important and needed by Prem/Zulu for Glencore to help in the construction/mending the plants but without LOI they can’t help in getting involved.

Also as many said Glencore is too big to get themselves involved with “little “Prem unless they found a substantial value there which they can help to get outside and produce SC6…

Otherwise why would they get involved in Prem.

I think Prem will move forward fast now..

Wolf…he is no longer solely in charge as per RNS that Canmax must agree on operational and financial aspects before George’s starting to mess around..

He has been n put in a cage with the keys held by Canmax which is a big change and very positive imv…

He will do what he is told..

Today’s RNS..”.. and this should help support us through the next three months whilst we complete the spodumene float section at Zulu". This is rather vaguely worded..

Any ideas..to expand on this?

I have been communicating with Wilma for a while and she answered most but anything related to GR I will get blank..

I still strongly believe in Prem coming good but don’t trust GR anymore but feel comfortable with Glencore interest and Canmax still in board.

George needs to show some positive news of the plant working after his constant failures.

On this note I bolstered my holdings today at .037p.

GR could have participated in this placement with no issues but he chose not too and that’s what I am unhappy about.

If he is confident enough then he should have participated unless he knows more than what he preaches.

I am hopeful with a bit of luck we will get more funds from the big players once this plant progresses well with the current raise.
