So why Canmax is not calling for its debts now?

Surely they can get Zulu for next to nothing!

Then in contrast why wouldn’t Canmax fund Prem to get Zulu working if their expert knew Zulu is a viable option?

What about Glencore LOI..surely a few millions funding Zulu shouldn’t be a problem!

All doesn’t make sense unless there is a bigger plan after GR departure….he did say in one of stockbox interviews than Canmax were angry with him..

Raising at 30% discount is a sign of desperation but if it was at say 10% then it would have been very encouraging for the market to support the sp..

This RNS and many others continue to confirm that no one trust GR..but he somehow is getting away with it through us the shareholders.

He is simply not fit for the job..

The one way to stop this is by replacing him asap..

He doesn’t even believe in what he put in his RNSs ,otherwise he would have bought tons of shares at this knockdown sp!

The change is coming and progress is taking place on all fronts but I have my doubts that GR will see the plant into production.

He will be kicked out by Canmax and Glencore before committing themselves with funds to support Prem.

George hands to negotiate any deal is stronger now after having the yes vote to raise more. I don’t see this as negative but temporary decline in sp (we got used to) is no longer a problem if George’s objectives are met.

The share price after consolidation on the day will be 10x more than just before the consolidation takes place..

Example…let’s presume the sp a day before consolidation is announced 0.026p

Your share price after the consolidation announced will be 0.26p

Your share numbers of 10 m shares will become 1m shares on the day of consolidation.

You haven’t lost any money by the consolidation process ...

It’s strange Prem hasn’t sent the AGM notice to vote on resolutions?!

GR is like taking us to a fantasy island but needs to build the broken raft first to get us there!

Why can’t he put some money himself or at least declaring that he and his bod cronies intend to participate in the coming placements? He is simply taking us for a ride ..

He raised so far around £8m in the last 10 months while the plant is switched off? Where did he spent all this?

According to GR spodumene cost (SC6) all in including transports is around $500/t..

Still big margins of profit to Prem “when”we produce SC6
