Unfortunately the impact of the LOI has been weakened by today’s RNS and is raising another uncertainty to why Glencore/Canmax are not funding the plant if they were that certain that Zulu will produce the right quality and quantity when this raise means very little money to these two giants..

I expect the sp will decline to below the raise price..

More waiting for us to see or rather hope Zulu plant can be rectified…

So..here we go more dilution by GR to the shareholders…

It just shows that the big boys don’t trust him to lend him the money…

I am disappointed and was hoping the money would come without further dilution when he described other optionS to raise funds but obviously he lied yet again..

Glencore has been doing extensive DD and surely must have plans with Canmax in place before LOI was issued..

SP volatility from here on is not relevant unless you are still doing trading but for lth hardly relevant when yesterday RNS was announced..

Definite formal agreement with Glencore should be detailed and incoming..with funding too.

Well..I think like Acker that Tungsten might become the main target for Glencore but they are getting more involved in Li too to expand their arms into other minerals..

I don’t think GR is relevant now. Glencore is a huge mining company and would be expected to deal with Canmax and not our CEO who failed repeatedly. As per the recent RNS announcement than Canmax is overseeing the financial and operational aspects of Zulu…

I can see Glencore interest in prem is pivotal to rectify the mess we are in and got us at tge right time…to benefit from whole Prem assets..

GR days are numbered imo.

I wouldn’t take much notice of sp gyrations with the current speculations about cash injection needs.

The company is progressing well and more advanced products are being developed that is needed by industry to achieve superior performance and cut costs..

The CEO will find a partner to fund his financial needs or possibly adjourning the due creditors payment by mutual agreement..

The progress is there to see and this is not a dying company with no prospects to survive.

At the current sp ..it’s dirt cheap
