The company couldn’t afford to pay the AIM listing maintenance fees due to AGLW continuing making loss. Not a single quarter in profit included the latest one when they declared profit out of cutting expenses costs!

Anyone who is still investing here and thinks this will come back better , needs to rethink again.

There is no hope of recovery here but massive dilution to the existing shareholders when it will re lists again.

Feeling sorry for the people who listened to the pumpers by a few like Raaydaar and Martinigirl who were telling Prem shareholders to sell @ 0.013 p prem share then to invest here before the collapse of this share price.

Prem SP has done 200% up since their stupid advice and ALGW collapsed nearly 70%!

Be very careful guys. AlGW is heading for the Cliff.

No death spiral rubbish as the market always puts market value of sp at future expectation.

The recent rise in sp has held which is 200% up of its recent low. Also GR will fight to the end for preserving his investment in Prem/Zulu. He told us not long ago that he invested £10-15m and you must be kidding to think he will just fold and move with big losses. Absolute nonsense to thinking this way.

Selling trades are expected after GR paid billions of shares to contractors who are not interested in keeping and investing in any share but to keep cash for operations needs…

Buying is unrelenting here which is very positive….and even if there is incoming further raise ,it would mean Prem is still in negotiations from stronger position…but resulting in a temporary decline in sp..

Redandy….we both share the same views on GR..but surely you should consider Canmax position here when they tried to get rid of him and failed then but now the perfect opportunity knocked again to get rid of him and they will manage to kick him out…

Don’t underestimate the Chinese determination..to succeed. We will be in a far better position if the agreed £100 valuation is in place..
