Even if there is good news incoming…still I consider today’s RNS is unfair and abuse of their positions to enrich themselves..

Basically they took nearly 9% of the company shares for FA performance so far!

The market responded accordingly….

Why can’t they buy shares now..even cheaper with their own cash rather than getting it from us…disgusting greedy lots ..

On top of these options we are paying their fat salaries.!!

No wonder the market response to pull the sp down.. 😳😱

I myself think these options (if they were incentive at 0.55p) is not fair and is an abuse of the company finance and shareholders …

The least they could have awarded themselves the options exercisable at much higher prices to raise market sentiment and give shareholders confidence for the future progress in the company growth….

I have written to investors relation to find out..

I will be surprised these options are just incentives …why would they do it at such low price?!

Surely they should be much higher if they were incentives related to performance . Otherwise it would look like dilution of shareholders value when sp over 0.55p..

Very strange RNS not explaining this to clarify these grants of options for!

Are these grants of options part of their salaries as indicated in the previous RNS?

Jaglith…nothing will happen on 1/4 unless Canmax is stupid enough to cause mayhem with their industry reputation…or there will be a new agreement to Canmax advantage which is fair enough..

I can see GR is the main obstacle and once they manage to replace him …then we can move forward..

Current sp Volatility is irrelevant to lth but good for traders…

The cost when the plant works will be $500 per ton and not $850…

There is no issue with the ore …this has been confirmed by experts on many occasions.

Also Repeated tests in the lab showed SC6 +

It’s the plant not performing as it should and that’s where we are …due to GR failings..

Please go back to your KOD bb where you invested(sp has gone down over 20%) since their last RNS…go and spend your time there to do further research where your money is invested…

You can pick the past bad news and make it stick but you can’t deny the valuable assets, decent cash available to monetise them by a new management strategy we have now.

Buying is for recovery and growth in my case.

Only needed if the management fails to monetise its products by partnership or M&A activities.

No funds needed for at least until Q4 and plenty of time for the new management to avoid it. We need to give them a chance to succeed.

Share price volatility but no concern for lth.

The financial highlights are irrelevant as it’s past news,hence the management changes.
