Canmax committed $34.7m and GR committed £10-15m according to his statement in the interview…and their interest is firmly aligned with ours.

I can’t see Prem/Zulu go bust…

The worse scenario Canmax swallows Zulu and dilution will be in the region of 40% but Zulu will be backed financially by Canmax..with sp recovering rapidly after GR gone.

The last RNS for initial funding must have a good purpose for the immediate needs for the plant to prove that it can produce SC6,otherwise GR wouldn’t do this raise. There must be a plan ahead including changes in the management. I feel more positive than negative with this particular move.

Jaglith…if you read the RNS again ,it’s all there and he spilled it out of what Canmax wants to remove the uncertainties that’s caused by him. He also announced the change in management to be announced soon.

I also wanted to see George put up his money first but now it seems Canmax agreed with him to leave imminently for them to help out and put more money. At this time George wouldn’t invest more and moves on but leaving his holding intact…

It’s no longer logic for him to put more money while he is getting sacked!

The sp is now at its lowest and surely GR and Canmax are sitting on huge losses will have some incentive to see the plant work?

GR will be gone very soon and looks like agreed with Canmax for their incoming support.

GR removal will give a big boost to sp imo.

GR can say whatever he likes now but no one trust him anymore and now it appears that he is not willing to put his money where his mouth is .

He needs to do the alternative which imv would be CLN, JV, putting up his own money on the table or sell Prem/Zulu to Canmax or

The interview concludes…we need money..we need money that we don’t have but George believe that the Market value is significantly displaced from real value BUT he is not prepared to put cash himself to realise the real value!…he wants someone else does ..WTF and why don’t beg Canmax to fund you if they believe what you say? He also stated that it has to come from equity raise somehow,so to raise equity from the current sp would mean further dilution…

“ The Board is considering a restructuring of the fundraising which might include a variation to the issue size along with alternative funding options and a further announcement will be made in due course”

Haha…I was not going to buy in the raise until after the results tomorrow but changed my mind and bought tons at the raise price!

I am confident as GR …Zulu would be a success and trying to support the raise..

It’s safer to buy at the conditional raise @ 0.0275p as you will be protected should the raise doesn’t reach ‘materially less than 3.5m’ then your money is back with no loss.

If you buy now at .0273 with the scenario the raise can’t fulfil its preconditions above then the sp is likely to sink ..you will lose lots! It’s a gamble at this time..

IMO it’s better to buy at the raise price…but it’s your money

I think or rather hope that we are approaching the last furlong to provide SC6 with the desired volumes.. Once we do this then we are in the clear and all debts can be managed easily…

Debts will not be an issue if we can manage it with positive revenue and cash flow.

All mining companies are in debts…but they are managing it with their revenues and profits..

This raise will be successful but as long as George remains in charge ,the nervousness of the market continues. It’s a big shame that Prem is led by him. It puzzles me why the BoD haven’t not replaced him?
