Why GR did not mention in the RNS that Canmax is interested or agreed to participate and be allowed to do so? To wipe out their accumulating debts?

Or he probably couldn’t get any funds or support until there is proof that the plant is able to produce SC6 in the desired quantity! They aren’t as foolish !

I feel this is his last throw of the dice to make the plant work on our expense of course…

I hope you are right …though we need another RNS to clarify Canmax ability to buy at the current sp…

I just feel GR is our big obstacle here and he must move on …he becomes a liability to any progress here.

The RNS this time clearly threatens shareholders to vote For 15b available to place or Prem is finished. We didn’t have this threat before as GR told us he had other options to raise the funds but it looks like he was not telling the truth and no one is trusting him or his terrible performance.

This is a massive dilution to the existing shareholders…

I don’t see this as good news for us.

Guys …the placing offers are needed to raise cash needed to progress the company forwards.

The BoD with the firm placing to institutional investors is also offering the same offer to shareholders. I see this as a fair offering to existing holders and no foul play here to deliberately dilute the existing shareholders but the cash is needed and is better than loans ..

It’s a move in the right direction imo and I have taken the offer too.

Recovery looks Very promising from here….looking forward to another good upwards spike in sp
