Every one invested in Prem (unless you bought and held when Prem was under .05p) is underwater now with paper loss including myself but lost 0 in money wise as I have not sold a single share,so don’t waste your time!

Just for your record I bought far more lately below .058p..but still in paper loss.

Focus on Raaydaar previous posts when he admitted losing money after selling his shares and that’s why he is not able to get over it!

As per tge RNS …The threshold crossed or reached date is 21/8 but the notification was received today 27/8.

I don’t think there is 1.4b still outstanding as surely far more being sold during the days in between.

Probably we will get another RNS that Zenith has far less now..

The sp is holding well now.

When selling is drying out the sp should get into the 0.1p territory..

The question is…why would you do acquisitions at this time if you’re sure the Tanzania discovery is on the cusp of commercialisation!? Very odd…unless HE1 thinks it’s an opportunity not to be missed for their survival by taking another chance of discovery and commercialisation to generate revenues? Can’t figure out..

SP rise on Friday was not manipulation by the market but probably leaking news of AIM company like ours.

The RNS was clear for Zenith to sell their awarded shares…as from 14/8 and nothing new here.

Waiting for the news with other holders..

SP volatility is only relevant for traders and short term holders…

I agree with you Re. GR incompetence and stupidity but we still have huge valuable assets in the ground and plant built already..

Total assets are more relevant at this point but liabilities of debts are there to consider too.

Surely someone should recognise this of considerable value to consider whether Canmax or someone else to buy Prem or JV..opportunity not to be missed to acquire now.

GR should be replaced with his son Brendan for the fiasco we are in now and missing the many opportunities to produce spodumene at much higher price than now.

Having said that …I think replacing them now would cause mayhem in sp but later on definitely.

If there isn’t hope to get this over the line and commercially profitable,GR wouldn’t have gone to china!

Also GR must have other options to lure the Chinese to put more money in and make them benefit from Prem.

No news so far is not bad news while GR is in China negotiating…

What’s in the ground is what Chinese are interested in…and not only spodumene…

GR must take full responsibility of Stark fiasco and needs replacing once Prem is in a better position…not immediately though.

Depends on the grade of spodumene . Grades higher than SC6 attract much higher market price.

Let’s see what GR manages to produce from Zulu of perhaps JV to monetise other much more valuable minerals.
