If the market thinks that Zenith is about to dump the shares ..the sp would have gone down massively but as you are the one who obviously ignorant of what the market sees it differently from you…

You are wrong about Zenith will dump the shares soon as they had all the opportunities to do so last week but obviously the didn’t and now became investors in Prem to the tune of 5.8% of the Prem total. This is a hell of holdings by Zenith. The RNS confirmed their holdings today.

You don’t announce a big holdings like this to the market to dump them the next day!

Not sure why you are thinking this way!

The RNS is telling that Zenith is holding 5.8% of company shares. ..it’s irrelevant if it was in lieu of debts owed or not but indicates confidence in Prem future..otherwise why would they hold these shares. Zenith doesn’t take big risk like this with millions pounds investment unless they are confident in Prem…

It’s a resounding assurance of Prem future status..

What’s good for Zenith must be good for us..This is a huge turnaround of sentiment in Prem..

The two relevant options for Prem are a buy out or JV .

Canmax needs spodumene and Prem needs Canmax help to renegotiate a new agreement .

Both are in a corner and depending on each other for Zulu to succeed.

The silence must be related to the one or two scenarios mentioned above.

I don’t see Prem goes to bankruptcy…

Let’s not forget recently GR put £1.7m of his money to lend us and surely his interest is paramount to see Prem success.

Let’s all wait for the news and most importantly the higher grade GR was touting about which brings far more than the current SC6 price..

The forward large selling have been done and the current trading volumes would not facilitate the big sells anymore..

They are holding big portion of their allocated shares and I wonder why!

No big volumes selling is taking place for nearly a week now..

No bad news Since Stark sacking…but all progressing well according to several RNSs and interviews.

Even Zenith is not in a rush to sell all what they are allocated to sell.

Something positive is cooking in the background…me thinking

The reality we are now receiving updates regularly from GR on time and accurate facts of plant requirements and performance. Things have changed for the better since Stark were sacked..

It seems we are on the right path and expect a few good updates on different scenarios..

Low sp is only a reflection of sentiment and bad old mismanagement and wouldn’t not be detrimental to LTH. G R has learned his lessons it seems to me and he will get us over the line.

Of course you are continuing to print all the negatives speculations to serve your agenda or or haters of Prem after they sold at a big loss..

The plant and the assets of Prem worth multiples of the current Mcap..even including its debts..

Canmax will be the biggest loser if Prem goes under which is imo not even a remote possibility..

Buyout is a possibility ….JV is a possibility…Canmax buying more of Zulu or a new agreement is a possibility …starting production of SC6 and higher grade is even more likely…production of other valuable minerals is a possibility by JV with a third party..

Bankruptcy is not one of them..

The sp dropped because of repeated disappointment and low sentiment after Stark debacle but hardly relevant to the LTH who are still holding and believing in Prem as a business to succeed ultimately and be rewarded.

Go back and see other companies like what happened to even big companies when they were in financial distress like RR when the sp was decimated and hit 62p not long ago and look at now!

You seem to care about the sp only as a trader and I understand this but not everyone here is a trader!

I am holding Prem with confidence.

If GR believes Prem is done or there is no solution to improve then he would say so and put Prem for sale . Then let’s say he is just playing the shareholders and the market for his own sake to squeeze every penny from us all ,then what about Canmax who is not raising any concerns or asking for their interest /penalty accrued so far!?

I conclude that both GR and Canmax know that Zulu is well worth it and can produce SC6 and above but needs a bit more time. This time needed to announce big RNS hopefully before 14/8 for the sp to re rate , and for Zenith to accept payment in shares as per RNS is reassuring and another positive sign that Zulu on the verge of big success +/- incoming finalising of Mutare sale and possibly JV with a different partner or increasing holdings by Canmax.

Since Stark were sacked ..GR is progressing well and I don’t think the negativity here is justified at the current level…

It’s obvious that GR left the choice to sell the shares on 14/8 because he knows more than any of us there will be better news incoming between now and then to lift the sp.” The RNS mentioned too the word (excess )of the total amount to be raised due on 14/8” if they choose to sell the shares on the date specified.

No doubt we will get another RNS before the 14/8 with good news to lift the sp before then..imv
