I think GR is aiming to encourage the retail investors to part with their cash and buy more in the retail offer.

Nothing new here…but GR wants market to push the sp up initially…

£1.2 m= 4.3b shares at 0.0275p already bought for in less than 24hrs after announcing the placing.

It’s pretty good response for a conditional placing when the Mcap now is £10m of the whole Prem.Basically 12% of of the current Prem market valuation..

I am not concerned about the current sp either but my concern is towards GR repeated failures ..

I strongly believe Zulu will produce SC6 with the right quantity with or without GR.

I wouldn’t even be disappointed if Canmax takes over in April to run Zulu ..with further dilution.

I am here for the long hold…with no fears at all as it’s only on paper loss and the real loss hasn’t happened . The sp in every company goes up and down. I even invested big in BTC when everyone said it was going bust..lol I take a high risk in my investment with highest rewards possible.

The placing will succeed and be backed by Canmax imv.

1.2m on the first round in less than 24 hrs is not bad .

My main concern as others here is GR is at the helm. He became a liability to Prem and Zulu success. Backing him is like flogging a dead horse!

So Prem managed to raise £1.2m overnight.

GR is putting up to £340k paying his loan “partly” but not really adding cash to the raise! So no new money.

If retail placings manage to raise around 600k then Prem has successfully got us over the line .

Materially means over 50% so we need 1.75m + in total to be a success raise .

That’s if we strictly define what Materially less than £3.5m…means.

I think this should be easily achieved…just how I interpreted the wordings in the RNSs..

This is the exact wording of today’s and yesterday’s RNSs

“ The Retail Offer is conditional on the Placing. Completion of each of the Placing and Retail Offer is inter-conditional upon, inter alia, the gross proceeds of the Fundraising, taken together with the value of liabilities that creditors agree to settle by accepting new shares ("Settlement Shares"), on the same terms as to price as the Placing, being not materially less than £3.5 million. Accordingly, should the gross proceeds of the Fundraising, together the value of Settlement Shares issued at the Price, be materially less than £3.5million, the Placing and Retail Offer will not proceed.”

The focus should be on (materially less than 3.5m)

GR incompetence has no boundaries…why didn’t he raise when the sp was above 0.05p!?

GR talks so many times on alternative funding to minimise dilution then he goes and does exactly the opposite…he needs to go ..sick of him

On a positive note we survived another day…keep praying and hope for some progress in Zulu..and positive news..

Bid price is much higher and MMs obviously are hungry for our shares!..

Yes..I fully support the Prem investment at this doomsday sp and added more today @.0365P.

The recent valuation agreed with Cannax £100m ,more than x6 times the current Mcap!

It’s comical to think Prem would go into administration or not surviving the current situation.

Canmax on board supporting Prem/Zulu and they haven’t sold any shares,the CEO and other significant big holders are holding too. Canmax has their nominated expert on Prem BoD and still there…so it’s your choice which side you should be on!

I don’t think GR is a fraud but simply he is not up to the job..but learning the hard way..

He is likely to be replaced or leave by his own will..

Currently Zulu means Prem as other Prem assets are hardly worth anything and having assets not able to monetise should be discounted for now.

There are other debts and salaries ..etc to be paid by 1/4 too ..

Assets valuations are arbitrary in any circumstances until they generate revenues and profits (Zulu hasn’t done either)..

The current Mcap of near 15m and not 100m for a good reason when you take all above into account,otherwise our sp would be 0.2p+ but it’s not…

We will be diluted in all circumstances unless an alternative funding is found asap like JV or CLN or a buyout..

Yes I agree but the problem of your possible scenario will result in a massive dilution of our share value by around 40%! If Canmax chooses to swap its debts for increasing its shares holding towards 50% of total equity in Prem.

Your opinion of GR is no different from mine…and I wanted GR to be replaced yesterday before today close!

We are where we are now and believe Canmax had more than enough to bury GR should he fails again by 1/4…

It’s not the time to talk about GR but more about Canmax recent support and I believe the funeral preparation for GR has began. ..and will have little influence now ….Canmax in charge and here where my support and confidence are…

How about having your discussion after 1/4 !

Let’s give Zulu the incoming three months a chance to prove its capability to produce SC6 rather than deramping by you and others declaring Zulu failure in advance for your benefit to gain from loose hands here by panic selling their holdings and bringing the sp down…and just Fyi I have set a side cash to buy more shares on the coming placings as I believe we now have the best opportunity to achieve Zulu success with the plant almost there/and Canmax support of the resolution into producing the right grade before 1/4…

Just give us and the experts on the ground a space to breath! …

Canmax just had the opportunity to put Prem into administration by voting No to the resolution and then called for their debts as Prem becomes insolvent. It’s much easier and quicker for Canmax rather than wait another three months…

Canmax voted For the resolution but guarded their own interests cleverly by lowering the estimate value to 100m …and buying more shares very cheaply to recover their money given to the incompetent GR.

Cannax obviously knows that Zulu can produce SC6 and they will own a big chunk of it by unfortunately diluting us and on our expense….

This is more logical than your conspiracy theory in which Canmax to get all Zuku after 1/4.

It’s not in Cannax interest either to do this as they are a big company guarding their reputation too and I don’t think they are playing hard ball with us but they are guarding their financial interest and wanting SC6 production asap in the largest possible quantity.
