The company is not registered in uk ..that’s why!

Its registered in British virgin islands and have supporting offices in South Africa and Zimbabwe..

It’s listed on uk AIM market…

Take no notice of the selling today as the buying has been constant for a week now..

Surely the sellers are the contractors paid in shares and day traders..benefiting from short term gains..

We need to focus more on buying at present trends…and some were big buys..

Just passed my average but will not sell as I feel this sp progress will continue upwards movement towards 30p+

The company is bringing in far less than what it spends….

This company is in negative cashflow and loss making and no net profits achieved…

They can’t afford to pay the market listing maintenance fees..

To relist it again would cost more than £500k

And who wants to invest here and lock his/her money for a shady business that never made a positive cashflow for years…

If there is an investment case ..then why the BoD team are not buying at this decimated sp!

The CEO is happy to get his salary of £250k while you continue to feed him with your hard earned cash.

The BoD have no skin in the game..Avoid and wait for relisting if you believe these muppets…

All critics of GR are correct and I agree but the bigger picture is a better one …

Prem will not go under imo…but a big chunk would be carved by CanMax to manage/fund Zulu which is probably far better than Captain GR!

Zulu agreed valuation with Canmax is £100m

The debts owed to Canmax $64m( around £50m) .

Currently the whole prem market value is £5m..

If Canmax calls for debts then this will have to go through compulsory liquidation of Zulu where the security lies . This has to go through court process and insolvency process .

If GR decides to put Zulu through voluntary liquidation ...this is still has to go through insolvency process.

In both scenarios Canmax loses their money and any of the above processes can take up to 2 years!

It’s not as simple as you put it..”it takes much longer than weeks”..

GR is a canny man and that’s why he more or less hinted to Canmax the voluntary liquidation of Zulu if no funds support is available but he knows well this will end Canmax with zilch ..and Canmax would lose tens of millions..

The logic thing will be for Canmax to take a bigger chunk of Zulu after putting more funds to complete Zulu into production. It looks like more about GR being replaced that he is probably resisting to accept…

I disagree as Canmax is not going to wait years in legal battle for them to claim Zulu for their debts…Canmax wants SC6 asap but obviously doesn’t trust GR ..and no one does! They are making his life very difficult to continue..

Big company like Canmax is not interested to get itself involved in this mess and damaging its industry reputation for a 5m Prem market value and even less as Zulu where the agreement lies.

Canmax wants production in the right grade and quantity ….they paid for it ,so they will get it on their own terms but not going into wrangle lasting years..

Just imo and probably that’s how the market sees it…hence the SP stayed in the narrow range until further news…hopefully positive and that’s why I took the risks leveraging down further..
