It’s clearly obvious Canmax is in charge now as GR failed to raise more money in attempt to remedy the plant. He was probably told by Canmax that no more raise for now until they have finalised a deal with one of the interested party…

Please stop printing drivels as if GR is still in charge…

Not so..acquiring other assets need capital and re listing needs far more cash of what the company has…

The company never made real profits from revenues but by cutting expenses…

The BoD tricked many that their revenues were creating the profit but it’s not so..

BoD never considered to even reduce their salaries but couldn’t maintain the listing fees..

AGLW is another aim lifestyle company…

Dilution must take place when it’s time to prepare for re listing .

They can fool the innocent PIs but not the market who is not believing the BoD rosy claims by the BoD….hence the SP lost nearly 65% recently after announcements of delisting news..otherwise the sp would have rocketed..

This company is built on deceiving shareholders and false promises. You will be diluted whenever they decide to re-list.

Be careful of the drivels printed here by desperate big shareholders telling you they bought more. No one should touch this company until it’s re listed.

The main issue for us is we no longer doomed.

Canmax mainly wants SC6 and cleverly used their debts threat to put GR in his box or lose it all. To be quite honest I see Canmax now as our saviours from the shenanigans we endured under an incompetent CEO.

All going forward from here on whatever scenario is coming as it’s all in a better hands than GR. we basically have increased our odds to win.

I can’t see any more negatives here after the RNS which imv was good and moving forwards with certainty that third parties are in advanced negotiations to get us over the line. Also Canmax is not asking for its debts imminently but gave unexpected long timelines for paying their debts and to oversee all financial and operational parts for Zulu. I think this later part is very positive and has in effect stripped GR from his power to become a messenger! and gave me assurance that Zulu is capable to produce SC6 under their watchful eyes or a third party involvement.

The interview was ok and George looked despondent and resigned to the fact that he was to blame ultimately after Stark debacle. To be quite frank we need to ignore it as GR is now is hardly relevant!

I am much happier now than a few days ago and as I said no negativity is left but good news of progress should land soon.

I haven’t sold any of my holdings and will continue to do this as I see a big light at the end of the tunnel.

ALGW failed to appoint one since July 2024

The process to re list takes up to two years and a minimum Mcap is required.

He answered it to deceive shareholders.

No certainty here.

Let’s see what his answer to the other question?

I put two questions forward:

1-Why has the company declared profits from revenue but in fact it was the result of expenses costs cut?

2-Will the company re list within the next 6 month without diluting the existing shareholders?

The decline of SP in recent months (apart from the start of recovery in the last week) caused by accumulation of debts mainly by Canmax which made the market very nervous of Cannax calling this to be paid imminently and break Prem.

Well this has been put on the shelf for over six months while Prem is negotiating with third “parties “now with news of agreement very shortly is hugely positive for Prem and to put Zulu operating again to produce SC6 and maybe monetising other assets through JV or buyout.

Guys it can’t be better than this and it’s ridiculous to think otherwise by the deramping crew and shorters.

I can see this morning volatility but in the high blue sky.
