Why didn’t they chip in to prevent this massive incoming dilution if much progress claimed by GH?

This is quite unsettling to shareholders as it doesn’t make sense unless both want Prem demise so they can get Zulu for near nothing!

I feel for GH but we need more transparency too.

I think if GH participates in the placing with a meaningful sum then I would be a happy bunny and will add more.

Let’s see how confident he is with his “progress “ he repeatedly told us about.

So what is the recent progress made by GH? While the market hasn’t appreciated and sunk the sp by half? Maybe the market has missed something?

I don’t trust anymore tosh printed here until I see real proof that Zulu becomes fit for purpose.

The only progress needed now and relevant to our survival is success in producing the commercial grades and volumes.

The market is not appreciating what many here see as progress,hence the sp dropped over 60%. Don’t kid yourself!

It’s obviously clear there is no other partners are interested to fund us to date, otherwise this raise and dilution would not have been announced.

GH needs to turn Zulu around with this raise to achieve target and volume as agreed with Cannax and Glencore or we be bankrupt.

What opinion you are referring to!? I stated what I believe and the market believes too.

GH cv is of no use to me until he proves himself.

GR had a good cv too and his performance was a disaster.

The market did not agree with you that GH cv has much relevance either and the sp declined over 60% since his appointment?

We need to see results and not BS of cv .

I have a great respect to GH with his expertise but I want to see his performance and results here.

I don’t think anyone would do any deal with GH until he succeeds in Zulu. He has to prove that he’s capable of achieving success and not empty promises.

Let’s hope GH participates in the placing which will give a vote of confidence to Prem.

Jaglith .. it’s quite crazy advising shareholders to vote against resolution to drown GR ,GH and CMC and shareholders end getting zilch!

Why not vote for the resolution and give GH a chance to make Zulu work to benefit all shareholders to recover some of their losses. It seems to me that you must have lost big money to be so vindictive against Prem and wants to see everyone to lose.

Voting for the resolutions is the only right thing to do now and is madness to vote against.

Will save Zulu and return some value to Prem but this can only be achieved at our expense and loss for lth. Our value destruction is attributable to GR incompetence and unfit for purpose to be a CEO. Also the cronies at the BoD to take a blame when they didn’t oust him out earlier.

GH is trying to save us from oblivion but our investment will not be fruitful with the debt we have accumulated courtesy of GR.

I voted for the resolutions as to give GH a breathing space to do whatever it’s needed immediately and to hopefully prevent administration.

I will be adding once the placing is announced.

GR was total failure and unfit to manage any company. The guy was grandiose and living in his bubble.

Yes it’s a good interview. GH more or less is telling us the previous CEO was clueless how to rectify the plant issues.

He sounds confident and knows what he talking about and what’s needed to be done to get the plant running and producing a good grades and volumes.

Definitely voting for the resolutions.

I think this is how Chinese corporations setup work when partnering with outsiders. The aim is to weaken them and steal their assets. No partnership but screwing the other side and take over their enterprise.

So far Canmax our main partner has not supported Zulu financially since their first investment but instead continues to screw us and weaken Prem even when they had their seat on BoD. They are getting hundreds of thousands pounds in interest while we are desperately trying to avoid dilution but don’t care and continue weakening us. GR should have never partnered with a snake company like Canmax.

All points to their intention putting Prem into administration and get its assets for pittance. And what about Other interests from third parties!!! We are told on many RNSs.

Why we are getting diluted to hell for a few millions both Glencore and Canmax can easily afford to boost our desperately financial needs?

God help GH who is trying to save this sinking ship to keep afloat. He did say “ I like a challenge “!

Canmax is not a genuine partner but a snake.

It just makes wondering why Glencore or Canmax let this happens if they believe Zulu is about to achieve it targets?

GH needs to be less ambiguous in the coming webinar.

Obviously actions speak louder than words. . We are watching and waiting for GH to deliver but not to follow the footsteps of his predecessor GR the liar.

It’s ridiculous to focus on the gyration of sp while nothing negative took place but rather we are progressing in the right directions on all fronts.

It’s irrelevant to keep measuring company progress to its current sp due to market sentiment and speculation.

Perhaps it is very relevant to day traders or people looking for a low entry to keep on banging on about the sp.

Holding strong with confidence Prem will come good and sp will reflect in a big rebound.

I think the MMs are adjusting the share value prospects.
