CDL will come good and their strategy seems similar to another company I hold (omi) but needs more time to realise its goals of building Tier1 assets and the market will re rate the sp much higher..

Time for me to accumulate more!

The RNS left the market thinking of what is the exact aims of the company here!?

We should focus on the Gold we already found and telling us how you are getting it out?

Instead we divert our attention to further expansion and exploring..

The market is looking at cdl to find a partner to finance monetising the current assets and obviously is not impressed by continuing exploration other assets and diluting the shareholders by putting us in a limbo..of what’s next to come and the possibility of calling a EGM to get authority to raise more shares and how much more is required?

Let’s see what the coming days and weeks ahead will bring..

The sp will remain volatile until we receive a definite positive news.

Also we are well protected by the institutional shareholders who owns the majority of the company and any call by the BoD for issuing more shares will need an EGM to vote on it to agree or disagree. We are safe here and I might consider adding more on the dips..

Issuing more shares is always dilutive to existing shareholders but in our case it is an option to do this depending on feasibility studies results of the assets.

If the assets are valuable then the dilutive effects would be countered by assets valuation after the results of the feasibility studies.

No company would dilute its value if the feasibility studies are not as good as expected …..the company will abandon it.

Let’s focus on the word OPTIONAL depending on results.

Sp may be down but it will recover …

It would be great if our new chief starts buying some shares asap to boost confidence in Prem prospects..

Good news ..he must know that he could sort out the mess that was left behind,otherwise he wouldn’t have accepted the new role.

It’s irrelevant to long term holder if the sp drops temporarily then recovers afterwards with positive progress…

We have visited 0.012p not long ago and since the sp climbed by over 100% since…

So it must be so bad that the previous CEO and our off taker partner acquired recently billions of shares worth well over £1m pounds …lol

Surely they were not throwing that much for no return of their investment…!

I am sure GH wouldn’t have committed himself to Prem and then to become a CEO without the deeper knowledge of ZULU can be fixed easily and prosper . He knows that his fate will be similar to GR ,considering his younger age and future industry reputation at stake here should he fails..

You are simply talking Tosh.

No one in his or her mind play spread bet on AIM with very small Mcap due to liquidity issue, very wide spread and very high margin to put forward.

Spread bets mainly suitable for large and medium Mcap.

Go and try spread bet on Prem . .. lol

The spread on small Mcap is huge and you will have to put collateral margin 25-50% then you struggle to buy or sell large numbers of shares due to available liquidity.

So Prem is not suitable for spread bets.
