What legal actions do you think will be based on!

Nonsensical to think GR will be culpable as he had taken advice from manufacturers and Canmax had their representative on the BoD until recently…

GR himself was supported by all BoD and us the shareholders and Canmax in all GMs voting to his suggestions and clauses to dilute and there was no motion to out him from us or BoD..

No case to recourse here..

And he resigned by his own accord.

There is no urgency in doing this as 3 b shares are not uncommon on these tiny markets UNLESS there is a strategic corporate action is incoming soon and 3b shares is rather cumbersome to do it with.

My bet on M/A and /or JV are incoming soon..

Market cap is low because of the high risk and lack of stability…related to Zulu and Debts involved.

It’s nothing to do with other assets which currently worth 0..

Dilution wouldn’t serve Canmax well and all other shareholders particularly if the placement is the full 5b shares at the current sp. It will be a big dent but let’s hope the big boys come to resecue with some support to push sp up before placing takes place. This is what I am hoping for.

Canmax best interest to see prem production is successful to fulfil their requirements . They are not interested to damage tgeir industry reputation and engaging in long term legal battle to steal Zulu..

I think Prem demise will reflect badly on all stakeholders involved.

Let’s hope GH can find a way to convince the big boys for extra funding and I think he would ..

Jaglith 09.26 is factual but it’s the past we are still paying heavily for GR lies.

Why not give GH a chance to prove himself as he seems more transparent and knowledgeable than his predecessor..

We are in a precarious situation but can be rectified with funding which should be forthcoming soon.

I don’t think GH has any contingency plans or alternative financing route but the shareholders to dilute and raise funds. Otherwise he wouldn’t have raised through us the hammered shareholders…

This incoming test run is basically live or die for Prem..

The rising price of lithium/spodumene is important and relevant to Prem assets valuation and profit margins which makes it more attractive to the big boys ..

Prem will rise from the ashes but at what price to the shareholders continued dilution!?
