If Canmax wanting to fund Zulu ,they would have done this by now. It’s just logic but it looks like Canmax wants to see Prem fail for them to buy it for pittance and we will end with zilch unless a white knight will come forward soon. GH said previously there were a few parties in negotiations to be concluded and were interested to fund us but since we heard nothing! So where they are Graham!!?

Canmax needs Prem to run Zulu …so they can achieve their objectives…

They don’t run any mining plants by their own,so what’s the point of taking over Prem or forcing it into insolvency!?

Spodumene price should have a positive impact in Prem favour during the negotiations with Canmax

Negotiations wouldn’t have happened if Zulu had no value or hope of producing SC6.

Canmax doesn’t waste their time with weeks negotiating for nothing..

Still the main issue is the ability of Zulu to quickly fix its problems and get into nameplate. I believe GH is the man to turn this around..

It’s interesting that Canmax agreed to the last GR placing without much trouble and currently with GH we have this delay and discussion.

It appears to me ..perhaps they know that GH progress and planning in getting the plant working were impressive and it a good time to take advantage of the situation to extract more control by funding Zulu to production to stop further dilutions in share value or perhaps Glencore is in the mix but they needs Canmax agreement too…and this can’t be easy!

I am confident the decline in sp recently is not in line with what’s currently happening behind the scenes.

GH can’t do anything operational or financial without Canmax agreeing to it…even JV with other off taker is not possible without Cannax giving Prem to go a head.

COPL action group will get zilch…no success achieved ..but they wasted more money.

Prem will not go into administration under GH and the adjournment is a positive step as obviously there will likely be a new off taker agreement,otherwise there is no point for adjourning the GM twice . I don’t think Canmax would waste their time if they don’t want to make a deal ,otherwise the GM wouldn’t have been adjourned again today.
