The nearer gold finds to the surface is purer gold quality too.

Gold percentages above 10gm/t is good and the nearer to the surface the cheaper the operation too

Gold extraction of much deeper find under the surface at lower concentration requires major operations and far more costly..

I agree of 1p + should be achieved in the very short term but with more positive news in the next few weeks the sp should climb up quickly..

I look at this in a slightly different way and see no going back from here.

Previous ills didn’t cause the demise of Prem or bankruptcy even when the plant was idle with accumulating debts for nearly a year. This was recognised by the off takers but in spite of this they didn’t call for the debts and wind down the company as they know the resources are very valuable but waited to let GR fall on his sword..as they recognised longtime now that he didn’t have the skills to move Zulu forwards but were very patient with him and just waited.

Since the appointment of GH and LOI ,with Enprotec expertise on site it seems a new life is falling upon us and suddenly Prem looks on the cusp of achieving success and we have cash enough for a month (at least).

The current sp is not reflective of the new positive changes but after yesterday confirmation of GR leaving and GH being the CEO it seems to me the final jigsaw of the game is in place.

My bet the sp will be 0.04p+ by the end of next week to start reflecting the new beginning.

I can’t imagine any decent CEO would loan his shares and takes high interest rate if not paid in cash at a later date while the company in financial stress ! Then he goes and buy shares at a fraction of the price of the shares he loaned after profiteering through huge accrued interest and backdated the sp in his favour to 0.012 p to make a big profits while he is diluting the shareholders…and retaining his original loaned shares in full!

It’s a good shrewd way to raise funds . The directors interest is full aligned with ours..and the funds are used to grow the company and expand and not for paying debts..etc.

It’s an opportunity to accumulate imo..if the sp dips but I have my doubts and it may go up!

These are direct(private placings) and is at the mean times supportive of the company by institutional investor and not through intermediaries or public placings..

MMs will probably mark so down initially then sp recovers quickly..

Today gyration in sp was no surprise considering the shares float available is less than 30% (340 m shares roughly).

The rest of shares are tightly held by insiders..etc

Day traders probably are the culprit and MMs made a killing as more than 50% of free floats were traded today.

It was an opportunity to buy at low for me.

SP should recover very rapidly in the very short term..imo ,but any further dips I would consider to add more ..

What’s not to like at this sp..!

The sp has done very well after recent placement @0.023p and currently it’s @20% higher which reflects the market positive expectations in the very short term.

The negotiations between Canmax and Glencore would be a win win situation outcome for shareholders.

If it succeeds then sp should re rate much higher and if it doesn’t succeed then the alternative should be better than what’s offered by Glencore.

Canmax cannot decline Glencore offer to pay their debts unless they come with a better plan as an alternative and I don’t agree Canmax is here to swallow Prem for pittance to shareholders…

I am More confident than at any time that Prem will re rate much higher than the current severely undervalued sp..

I don’t think there are other serious parties interested in Prem partnership or buying Zulu/Prem in its entirety as Prem needs more tweaking into consistent grades and ramping production to a desired profitability. Otherwise George would have to put another RNS to this effect…

We are at a good spot now “not 100%} but carrying big debts (courtesy of GR incompetence) which is a put off to others getting involved.

GR should be taken to task for his lies and share value destruction to shareholders vale . I can’t wait to see him kicked out by the end of this month..

Stwead…the LOI was issued after negotiations with Prem and now the ball passed to Cannax and Glencore to conclude the deal. End of.

Steward..GR has said that the negotiations will be between Canmax and Glencore and has to bring elements of comfort to Canmax…so I can’t see how GR could influence this?

Prem is technically insolvent because of Canmax debts ..so they call all the shots and not GR..

It’s irrelevant if GR stays a bit longer or not as we have all been informed a few months now that Canmax is in charge operationally and financially.

GR is no longer a big issue here.
