the news will be either good or bad

rns will be today and could be double rnss or maybe not

it can happen during the trading times of after close.

then again the rns could be monday instead or even tuesday extending to perhaps thursday.

placements too could be announced and according to the little ****roach sub 0.010 but imo could be higher..

then i could be wrong in all or some of the mentioned above or one or two or even three of the above damn right..

Yes I agree GR loan interest of £200k replaced by a backdated discounted sp @.012p was not right as this representative of over 60% profiteering from the sp market price then…it’s frankly robbing us by diluting our holdings for his financial benefits..that’s not aligned with shareholders interest to do this.

Still he has lots of share and more than any of us by wide margins to make him work harder to make Zulu a success ..

I don’t think it’s fair for anyone to lend well over £1.200,000.00 to anybody with no interest on it if not paid after certain time!?

And madness to think that GR accepts to have shares he sold at certain price then to finance the company to accept far less after two years because the sp dived. The agreement then was fair and clear.

What if the sp gone up instead of down..would you say he should receive the same numbers of shares he sold …of course not he will have received the cash he lent us only and we have benefited in the difference of that transaction.

The interest due was fair too as per agreement.

The only thing I am very unhappy about is that he should have paid the sp at the time instead of backdated at much lower @ 0.012p…

GR bought 11m shares @0.92p in May 2023

He sold far more in July/August 2023 at much lower price and the proceeds were lent to Prem to help the company but if not paid back in cash after a period then interest will be due on the money he lent.At the time everyone here thought it was a good thing to prevent further dilution ..

So the £200k of interest due is not money owed to GR or the £600k interest due to Canmax not their money due to them?!

How about the £100k GR bought from his own money @sp of 0.92p per share…is this not his own money too..

The positives are there and no one here knows exactly the overall good progress of the plant better than the CEO and Canmax and both spent nearly £1,000,000 buying Prem shares recently @0.012p and if the plant was not working as some clowns are trying hard to tell us so..they would never have bought them in the first place or at least sold them after the last RNS but none did.

All BoD bought at much higher sp and none has sold in the last two-three years and still owning millions if not billions of shares.Spodumene price has risen massively as of late ,Glencore is still on board and Cannax raised its holdings recently to 13.8% of total equity.

We have a few here who obviously lost big money in the past are crying constantly and can’t get over ir. Lies ,misinformation and taking news out of context to spread fears and doubts among the new investors .otherwise there is no reasonable person spending 24/7 deramping Prem without owning a single share in the company unless they are either deranged or Prem hatred because of their past massive losses.

I believe strongly in Prem and have been patient with my holding as I have strong conviction this company will hit its targets in spite of all George incompetence shown and the sp will rocket at the end of rectifying all what’s needed.
