My 'stop' revised to 12p now looking ever more likely.

Whoever issued the statement the result is a complete hammering. Hardly helping with rumour only

Good if it happens but been here before. Not sure the debt situation will result in a 'fire sale' of the good parts just leaving the 'garbage' to struggle on. At least TCG issued a statement. Lets see who crawls out of the woodwork. Could be opportunity to sell.

Any ideas when the next update is due?

Reading the artucle in the Times makes hard reading if your a Just Group investor. It seems there is little by way of positives with management.'jumping ship' and those left behind only.classed as 'temporary' with no real plans in place on how.to improve the business. New regs at the end of 2019 are only going to worsen the situation.

I had hoped after the cap raise and rights issue that things would improve. With the CEO leaving so abruptly it appears things maybe worsening.

Saga did a rights issue before I'm guessing. Any repeat of that is likely to be in the low pennies now and not sure who would invest further. Not me for one and my 'stop' at 40p remains just waiting for further bad news.

Sad to see the Saga goe's on day by day the SP drops then rises but no news us bad news in respect of this company. Have to guess debt is slowly killing off any recovery for investors

No surprise there that Blackrock lending to shorters. Standard practice for these guys. Guess is called 'covering your arse'. Pity we ain't as smart

Just Group has been 'for sale' for some time with no takers at present. CEO and CFO leaving kinda leaves the door open for a buyer. Have to guess those leaving know Just will be taken over eventualy and their positions subsequently replaced.
All theory of course but dont see any upside on the SP until we get more positive news. Today is not good news hence pressure on SP

Not good news CEO leaving immediate effect. Guess most know what will happen at Just so jumping ship now. Good or bad not sure but seems like a drifting ship at the moment waiting for.a new captain

All depends on the update. I think you can exclude the divi issue as 4sure it will be rebased. My guess is by 50% which still gives a good divi but risk/reward ratio will be killed off if this happens. Think the markets expect this and similar scenerio with VOD. Good time for them to rebase the divi whilst SP is so low. Without some positives, unlikely, we will be in sub 100p with most major holders either 'dumping' or 'doubling up' on their shareholdings.

So the Lenders and Bondholders did not block the vote on debt breaches. Add to that Foson upped their holding. Both good results. Concern is the 'rumour' issue that looks like a bit of 'ramping' by those on the 'long' side of the trades.
All theory of course and who knows some 'white night' may yet.turn up.

Good investment. Not sure really lets see once it goes exdivi on the 9th. My guess is it will drop significantly given most.are only holding until this date. Need some positive news to get solid uptick. Post divi date looking at sub 100p.

Could be some truth in the WB theory given Barc at present SP overs upside. Have to be thinking he's looking at, for example, Amazons next move. My guess they will target a distressed major in the UK that would give them the 'physical' presence they want. Could be the likes of SBR and CNA but who knows but WB will be on the lookout for the next 'surge' stock. To many to choose from but figure in 10 years 90% will.be electric and need batteries but more importantly somewhere to' plug them in'.
All theory of course but we need try and think like WB and Amazon then we will all be millionaires.

Interesting to see what happens to TCG may reflect on Saga ++ or - -. Little to see as positive with Saga dropping even after the upgrade by JPM.

Kind of agree on Staylee but he was given the job to steady the boat and on this I give him some. His actions on the whistleblower were a bit childish and accomplished nothing just a huge fine. Banks were 'toxic' after the sub prime, et al, issues with all the enormous fines levied by the US now history. I hope Barc just keeps it simple and makes. Only drag is PPI and Brexit and these will be behind us soon. The investment bank side will Im sure continue to improve and if not its value could be realised if sold off with 'share buyback' the best option for the cash recieved.

In answer to the question on the last numbers. I agree not stellar numbers but the 'bank' side really is starting to show good progress under current management. Divi looks solid for upgrades and really Barc is a 'cash machine' going forward with good rewards buying at these SPs. Think that if you removed all the 'legacy' stuff with huge fines, etc, and now remove PPI and Brexit then the uptick is significant in my opinion. Bramson is basically an assett stripper to gain himself and his vulture fund. My thoughts are that he no real support but continues to 'muddy the water' around the Investment arm of Barc. Frankly this division has held up well during turbulent times in this sector and
doing better than some of their grander peers in the US.
All theory of course but see no reason to 'dump' Barc at present. From this level I see good upside once the 'fog' has cleared. Hope so anyway
