Hard to believe a company like FCRM in a niche market are not making gains. Management churn and Bayford sitting on your shoulder gives rise to apathy.

Trades on the sell side ain't significant but there are no buyers so the price continues to slide. At this rate low 30's are in sight.

Starting to lose that positive feeling on this stock. No real reason just a hunch. Likely another bad hunch.

Gotta say this SP ain't going anywhere soon unless we get some positive news from FCRM. Ok market generally is in the toilet but this share price is seriously under the cosh. Looking at trades its hard to see any reason just sseller

Sorry to see u go and thanks for the explan' on your reason for selling. You may have chosen well given SP weakness.

My view remains FCRM are pretty cash flow rich going forward but historic issues and bad management remain an. My guess is before long these predator shareholders will try again to take FCRM private. Whether we see a premium to the present SP is the big question. We need hopefully to be back at 42/43 before any new offers are 'tabled'. I still remain optomistic that some VC will 'swoop' and put a decent team in to get some value out of FCRM for shareholders.

Hard to see much downside unless there is bad news. The infighting will continue until someone makes a full and decent offer. Ok. Go private but shareholders have to agree and the last time these arses tried it they.got an expensive 'kicking'.

Having major shareholders in play ain't a bad thing kinda puts the brakes on predators.

Thanks for the info. This is exactly the kind of news FCRM need to put out. Not sure how big Jumptech is in the EV sector but getting co-partnership deals like this will hopefully attract bigger 'fish' and a heavyweight VC.

Obviously Covid is a factor but are the EV teams ramping up installs. My guess is FCRM need to announce some colaberations with major players like Shell and BP or else they become viewd as just a sub-contractor playing second fiddle. Forcourt 'power structure' is the key.

Here were seeing Fast EV Charger points being installed at pace on PTT forcourts. Odd that the ones I've seen have 'Mercedes Tech Power Unit' logo's which suggest the German company is heavily involved. All they need is the power source and the fast charge units look like a small phone kiosk.

New company listing in USA. EVgo. One of many getting into the EV forcourt market in the US. In theory FCRM.are in front in most areas in this field. All this zero footprint nonsense is BS but it makes the tree huggers happy.

See CNA jumped on the Carbon Nuetral bandwagon. Joining the Gov Taskforce and offering hydrogen storage at one of the biggest, and redundant for years , offshore gas storage facilities. Could be worth a punt.

Back to FCRM. Manangement leaving with immediate affect is always a worrying statement. They say for.personel reasons. Could be true in these Covid times but more likely he was at odds with the Bayford gang. Their still upset because their coup failed and maybe made the CEO the fall guy. My guess is hostilities will continue until a bigger player comes along and tells em to FO. As you say small pocket change share buys by a few directors et al don't ring the bells.

FCRM are a good company, with good prospects, but infighting between factions trying to get control will always be a problem. What we need is a hard nosed CEO to sort the board out. We may get lucky if a good VC gets involved.

If you just Google 'fuel cell plants' in Asia gives an idea on how huge the fuel cell market is. Panasonic and Mitsubushi the big players but Tesla will go 'stand alone' sooner rather than later. The new production plants for fuel cells are huge. China leads the way with Japan close behind. Vietnam and Cambodia are seen as the cheap labour platforms for new mega plants. Europe is behind at present but Germany look to be catching up. The tech involved is changing fast. Bit like 1G to 5G. Soon China will have 6G. With the speed of this kind of tech advancement we must guess in 5 years fossil fuel vehicles will be redundant.

Again the common factor in all of this theory is power source. Outfits like FCRM should in theory be the winners. FCRM increase in EV teams suggest they are in front of the curve. Dumaris are just an add on but are needed on the 'build' side. My guess is FCRM will be snapped up by a VC and Bayford will be their 'front'. At present FCRM are a cheap buyout option, with good firward cash streams.

There is also the possibilty that a Divi will return in 2022.

All theory but FCRM still look a pretty good bet for 2021. Hardly exciting and management churn is annoying but it may have a reason.

My guess is the Asia model on fuel cell exchange will work in Asia simply because 'battery cells' will have the same format in size/charge for fuel cell exchange forcourts. Panasonic or other batteries will basically be all the same just differing brands. Bit like buying an AA battery. The 'change out' new for old at fuel cell forcourts is the eay part. There are some start up outfits already in play in Japan and China.

That said what these forcourts need is power supplies so we have FCRM.

I live in Asia. Albeit been trapped here for a year with Covid situation. Anyway here we have regular gas stations. Most PTT (Petronas) These sell petrol and diesel. We also have LPG only stations. Again PTT which is the dominant company. Food retailers like Tesco, yes their here, are not involved at all un forcourts. All forcourts are now installing EV services and fuel cell exchange 'shops'. So far I see no H2 which is in its infancy but 4sure will play a major part.

Around 85% of commercial vehicles here are LPG.

My guess is the Japan model will be the main driver. Fuel cell exchange is the easiest and quickest method. It also 'levels' out charge demand during peak and off peak periods. H2 has a way to go but I agree that FCRM should not put all their eggs in one basket with EV. FCRM strength in revenue stream is its 'end to end' involvement.

Sure your correct but any proxy holding on Bayford behalf is just that. If Bayford are bookbuilding thru a proxy there is no reason to declare is my guess. It could be some VC seeing another bid likely. Time will tell.

If Bayford are just using proxy holders like Sharp they have no reason to declare. This is an AIM stock so differing rules. Yesterdays drop on light trades has been the pattern on FCRM. Good RNS in the coming days may see SP lift.

What with Covid and being stuck abroad for a year I'd kinda took my eye of the ball over past months. New Year have me a lift and some forgotten stock picks have started to come good after a bad 2020.

FCRM is a prize example. I've now read thru the RNS and company news. Certainly a lot has happened and looks to continue. Harris stepping down was a bit odd and it may be for personal reasons. My guess is he saw his time as CEO as limited so jumped before he was pushed. Wonder what severence he got.

On the prospects front. Clearly FCRM are ramping up EV teams for charging infrastructure. My guess a year ago that major retailers (Tesco, et al) would want EV looks correct and they will be the main players. I kinda agree with Pip that Hydrogen Networks are going to play a big part on the commercial vehicle side. Tech on this is moving fast and Jl your correct the UK is nowhere near ready for the EV revolution. Tech on battery cells is very advanced in places like Japan. Start ups there are building new 'forcourts' where you just swap out your EV cells. Pay the fee and drive off. Logical answer even on super charge Hybrids.

Problem is Bayford are circling and I think are the main reason for management churn. Expect a bid from some VC who has their backing.

All theory of course but reading the 'tea leaves' gives me hope our investment in FCRM will be wise.

Bayford were always hostile is my view. FCRM give them what they know is the future for "petrol stations' as we know them. For now such forcourts rely on petrol and deisel sales to car owners. Move forward 5 years and every forcourt will have super and standard 'charge points'. Could be 'self change' battery cells or super fast charging. There is one common factor. Electric supllies. Nat Grid are already saying they will not have the capacity when we go fully 'car electric'. FCRM remain one of the biggest independants in this sector so in theory should benefit.

All theory of course but 2021 could be a good year for FCRM. Bloody hope so 2020 was a true bummer.

Thanks for shareholder's %. Makes me believe that Bayford remains the biggest risk. We've seen them increase their shareholding and desire to dictate policy. Sharp and the others may just be proxy holders for other players, or possibly Bayford.

Jl i know your pretty savvy on this but what's the voting rights rule on a hostile bid. Gotta remember FCRM is an AIM stock so differing rules and also on 'holdings' by predators.

Good to see your still around. Been awhile but Covid kinda spoilt my plans.

On FCRM. Bayford now appear to be in control thru the back door. Had'nt been watching the management churn but guess eventually Bayford et al will again make a full bid. Cash situation is good and business doing well in difficult times. Any bid below 50p would be robbery and I'm hoping would again be rebuffed. My target is 100p. Lets hope I'm correct.
