So by the 14th we get an update??

We must hope there are no nasty surprises and I'm looking for postives that may impact the SP.

Its a bit odd there have been no recent RNS on major shareholders % be it up or down. My guess is that this results from discretional brokers trading on behalf of Clients but surely even they need to file on any up/ down holding.

Ruined my day seeing a 200k on the sell side. Are we missing something this is hardly a day trade stock??

Nice to see FCRM at least being mentioned albeit it ain't moving the SP. Gotta figure until we get the next update or a shock RNS will stay range bound.

Some chunky 'unknowns' over the last few days and the 437k one should have moved the market down if on the sell side. Any theory as other than these odd trades hardly much to write home about.

Might of been better to leave the money in Bab****. They build ships whilst Saga is on a sinking boat me thinks

Not sure I understand your last post fully. Are you saying Harrison holding of 3.5mill is being sold down. If so must guess this is thru one of the discretionary brokers bookbuilding for other FCRM major players. Like u not sure why he left so quickly but he may not be selling his shares if he left for misconduct of some kind given he will know FCRM future better than us. Maybe major players demanded his head because of bad news impacting the SP.

All theory of course but were still rangebound that looks to continue without positive news

Fridays bounce was unexpected but welcome all the same. Just Group are really a long term hold given their Capital position will not be improved until 2022. Only risk is the Regulator could again move the 'goalposts' on Cap Req. Don't think this is likely.but the other risk UK economy post Brexit. If we see significant falks in property values this impacts on JG Capital headroom.

All theory of course but holding these shares for awhile be nice to sustained upside

As for Boris. He's got my vote by proxy and he will push the UK infrastructure programme that will as you say include car charging sations. The thought of Corbyn and his gang running the UK is a worst case scenerio. Today they say their going to Nationlise BT and give us all superfast broadband. REALLY. I don't think so and really BT and its shareholders will do what exactly. Roll over and say yep. No way. Even the thought is fantasy but Corbyn looks s bit like the guy in Peter Pan. Think called Hook, or in Corbyn case would be Crook.

All theory of course but lets hope FCRM do well out o..f future spending on car charging stations. No reason why they can't. Bit like the internet people said no way but 'first movers' like Google proved them wrong. FCRM can be a 'first mover' in the electric car charging sector if their clever. Time will tell but my guess remains they will get taken over or VC will pounce.

Looks like daytrade stock now with wild swings and the AGM statement raised more alarm.

Ji. Thought you had given up on this one. Not good over the last few weeks and old "stop' still in place as I'm mindful any negative news will.see a significant fall or is it that bad news may give a rise on the SP. Odd stock to hold with a good business model but bad communication with the markets.

CJ. Hope your correct. No debt to speak of, only a facility to borrow, and cash in bank should make FCRM a solid bet. FCF and ROC both reasonable so again difficult to argue against the upside on the SP. A catalyst of issues seem to have alarmed the market on FCRM. CFO leaving under a cloud that we now know was due to the need to restate accounts. This delay in reporting hurt the SP then CEO departs immediately and the AGM failed to inspire. Numbers good SP down so any bad numbers will as you suggest really hurt us. Hopefully next update will be positive and with the Government drive for 'car charging areas' high on their 'to do list' we should see considerable upside on revenue growth.
All theory of course but if Corbyn and Co win on the 12th Dec all bets are off and 'man the lifeboats' because most will be leaving the UK

Hard to guess where the SP will go. Good news or bad seems to matter not with FCRM and I don't see any reason for the SP now. Trades are minimal with low volume but most appear on the sell side.

All theory of course but without a positive this share looks rangebound for months, if not years to come.

At least the ruling was overturned so hopefully a positive going forward for FCRM with Dumaris now able to increase their revenue stream unhindered. Not sure there exists much confidence in the UK on the investment side but now we have an election date there is at least an end in sight on the Brexit saga. My hope is that many MPs who.have thwarted Brexit will be de-selected by the voters who they assumed were idiots.
All theory of course but nice to see the SP rise and long may it continue. Need to be looking at trading volumes in the coming days to see if traders have 'seen the light' as far as FCRM are concerned. These discretionary holders may be bookbuilding.

Sorry a bit behind reading posts on Saga and just read your rather lengthy tomb' on the merits of Saga. I get it ok. We would all like to be optomistic on Saga goung forward and I've really tempered my negative comments but really, are you, and others that post here suggesting Saga is a good investment and the debt mountain not a problem when set against debt bought assets. That's not the way it works and their market cap is exactly what the market believes Saga is worth, not to much when debt and goodwill are deducted.
Obviously we all want our investment to succeed but I've been on the Saga 'boat' since 100+ but I'm under no illusion about Saga prospects that I feel are not great. Only time will tell but until I see a new CEO and better numbers I will not invest further.in Saga even on an averaging down basis.
All theory of course.but maybe if we get Brexit out of the way the passengers Saga needs may become more confident.
Liitle caveat. Look for Elliot to spln off the good bits of Saga. Once that happens 'jump ship'

Is this the catalyst that finally puts a bullet under FCRM SP. Hope so as this could get Dumaris?? Into a very profitable position and for me this maybe what some are waiting for on a possible takeover.

CEO CFO matters little they both departed in quick succession so is there a link or was the renumeration vote the reason for the CEO leaving with immediate effect. My guess today has changed. I'm linking the CFO and CEO together on this in part because as you point out the CEO was the previous CFO. My guess is major shareholders looked into and demanded action over the delayed and mistated accounts. As a result both CFO and CEO bore the blame. Pretty normal in any quoted company where management make a mistake but there remains the question how will FCRM now progress. New CEO to be found and CFO in place is anyones guess but 4sure there is a 'power play' going on and my favorite option remains Bayford with 'ghost' brokers holding high numbers of discretionary shares for who exactly.

Sounds overly optimistic to believe that Saga debt is manageable. I would agree in good times there exists enough headroom to cover the debt. Problem is were not.in good times and the likes of Carnival issuing a profit warning shows the Cruise Market is the latest sector of the travel industry to be pressued. Saga expanded further into the Cruise sector sadly to late. However you look at it cruise ships ain't cheap and their intrinsic value decreases as soon as its brought. Bit like a new car when you take it out of the showroom its vale drops by 20%.
All theory of course and I hope I'm wrong and maybe the next update will 'steady the ship', or sink it.

Obviously the daily SP drop is a concern for us all on such a lightly traded AIM stock. Why is anyones guess but going ex divi was the catalyst with no good news since so were closing in on 20p. Whether we get to that level depends on FCRM trying to address the SP drop. Have my doubts and now becoming concerned there exists some negative issues around FCRM.
All theory of course but why is such a profitable company, as far as we know, having its SP hammered daily. Only option as I've said before is if they're taken over, difficult to see any other option for the SP to recover.

This peice again highlights the problems Saga will face going forward. New ships is good news but they come at a high price to a badly indebted company. ROC will likely plummet given its anyones guess on true full price paying customer numbers. In turn FCF will be impacted by debt servicing so its hard to see the upside in the travel section of Saga. Insurance side has some upside and it may be for this reason why Elliot are involved. This is a part of the business that is not carrying huge debt and could be easily 'trimmed down' with present 'insurance platforms' that look to reduce headcount and thereby costs.

All theory of course but the more I read from those more savvy than me makes me believe Saga ain't going anywhere soon. Must hope if a breakup happened as Elliot likely wish we may see some upside to the SP. As it stands only the 'lending sharks' are making money from Saga and ultimately us, the shareholders.

Before anyone 'bangs' on about this post I will reiterate. I hold now few Saga shares I sold most awhile ago, at a loss. Those shares I hold may magically one day 'bear fruit', unlikely but never say never.
