Apparently FCRM is not subject to UK City Code on Takeover and Merger. Aim Rule 26.
I also see that James Sharp holds 15.10% with Bayford at 10.05% and Barclays Wealth at 6.19% as at Aug 9th. Figure things have now changed but James Sharp will be another broker for Discretionary Client I'm assuming.
All theory but funny stuff going on 4sure and the trades JI5006 notes are a puzzle.

A bookbuild is what it says it is but whoever gets over the notifable has to advise the markets. Ji5006 knows more on this than me but I'm guessing its 5% for an Aim stock but I remember 3% being mentioned. However you look at it the shares in Fulcrum are being 'hoovered' up. My guess remains that the Discretionary Client is Bayford. Time will tell and maybe the SP will improve once the revised accounts are published.
All theory if course but difficult to kmow whether to load up or not at the present SP

Anybody think this could be Bayford. My guess would be that its likely and possibly a 'low ball' offer for FCRM will appear sooner rather than later.

I'm sure your likely correct on some sells being in fact buys but for such a lightly traded stock high volume trades are always concerning. BR may or may not be out completely by now but if so would be nice to know who is hoovering up their shares because as Raxfactor says the SP has not moved much in recent days to reflect a possible 'dump' of shares.
All theory of course and having a few up days overal so I'm hoping FCRM don't spoil the party

Pretty large sell trades again today. Its obvious someone out there knows a little bit more than we do here which is a concern. FCRM lack of news, albeit good or bad is not helping. When is the next trading update, or is this now likely to be a part of the revised accounts statement.

As for the delayed accounts. Its clear the last CFO probably left because the accounts were not in line with any new IFRS and the new CFO and Auditors are correcting this problem as others like JI5006 have posted. As to whether this proves to be the end of the problem only time will tell but trading patterns/volume on this lightly traded AIM stock over recent days concerns me.

What makes you think Bayford are taking Blackrock remaining shares. Surely on the volume involved it would just be a bookbuild by Bayford brokers. Not sure the trades we see reflect this but high number 'sells' still concern me. Like you I'm hoping an RNS will clarify matters but its still a long way to months end in respect of delayed financials as you suggest. This factor alone continues to impact the SP downwards.

CXS 1. Not sure when you first owned Saga shares but from the day I brought them they went down down. Not sure I've seen many 'up days' and sold most but still holding to many but maybe the Grandkids will see a profit if I leave em in my Will

Not sure negative ponderings is something to moan about in respect of Saga. Was a bad investment for most who post and still.is a bad investment. Most are waiting for Saga boat to sail whilst others are just holding on until it sinks.
All theory of course but posts normally are helpful just wish someone had told me to jump ship when the SP was 100p. In my dreams to see this SP again and any rebase on the divi will.surely 'tank' the SP

After today's late showing of high volume 'sells' I'm beginning to have real concerns as to the as not yet 'signed off' accounts. My opinion remains overly cautious that whatever is presented, now after such a long delay, will be viewed negatively whether good or bad news.
All theory of course but holders 'dumping' shares in the 'millions' is worrying. On this basis my 30p 'stop' looks a possible but I really hope my concerns prove wrong.

Well we must hope they get them signed off pretty quick and I really hope there are no little 'add ons' that may be viewed negatively. If as they're stating then ok but still the SP.may come under pressure simply because without knowledge many look at the 'numbers' and some will view only EBITDA on the downside.

All theory of course but be nice to see RNS on Bayford increasing their holding or something positive. I'm guessing next trading update is close??

Jl5006. What's your idea on this continued delay on the Audited but revised accounts. I'd like to think its nothing to worry about but surely they're legally obliged to provide these sooner rather than later. If it turns out this continued delay is because of negative 'unknowns' are they liable for false statements to the Market and this situation continues to weigh on the SP

Choppers. These late high volume trades are a puzzle. Do we interpret these as buys or sells??. If buys then.ok but FCRM are so lightly traded who is doing the 'bookbuild' for the likes of Bayford. I had expected an RNS before now but nothing so i just remain concerned. Possibly for no good reason so I hope I'm wrong. On the basis/theory that the SP slide continues I've put an old 'stop' of 20p back on. I hope it never gets there but bad news would certainly 'tank' the SP

And to add to my earlier post the 'sell' side on FCRM is also concerning. For such a lightly traded stock seeing high volume 'sells' bothers me

Starting to become a concern on the SP slide given an up day on the Markets. At some point FCRM have to issue their Audited Accounts. My concern is why the continued delay in doing this and are we going to be surprised by some 'unknowns' in the accounts. I know others will say they have stated no 'negatives' on the accounting changes but why not publish them and settle the negative sentiment.

Hard to see RBC 160p 'top pick' guidance given others go down to 60p. I'd be happy for 60p at the moment but my guess is all the high end guidance numbers are based on NAV and the 2022 free cash flow guidance that Just reiterated on the last statement. Long way off 2022 but figure long term bet may give rewards.

Hope your correct MW47. Think my point was outfits like Elliot are 'vultures' looking to 'pick over' companies like Saga who have fallen on hard times. Your correct in saying they will try to increase the SP by actions that may or may not benefit shareholders who hope Saga will revover. That said any increase in the SP contradicts my argument given we all want to recover losses.
