Have to assume Woodford has been the big seller given his exposure and 'rush' for cash. This may explain the continued drop in the SP as Woodford 'drips' his shares onto the market. If he had 'dumped' the lot we would have seen a bigger drop 4sure
All theory of course but until the 'overhang' is cleared don't see much upside to the SP but good entry value point.

Question. Anyone know the 'cover' number on the dividend??

The drop on FCRM over the last few days is a concern. Without positive news we will continue to slide simply it seems because the market remains jittery. Today could see an uptick but again the financial trading statement is needed and the longer its delayed the more I see bad news coming.

All theory of course but further SP drops will spook shareholders into thinking negatively.

Theory only but the shareslide yesterday is solely on the basis of 'sell' low volume trades. The 'buy' side only improving.near day close. Hardly any trades on FCRM yesterday on a 'jittery' market overal so we must hope this update comes soon and hope its all positive. The longer we wait the more concerned I become.

Do we know that Blackrock are 'out' or just below 5%. View is their still hopefully holding some stock. There is normally a 'link' when these guys 'dump' a stock and figure the Bayford buy is the 'link'.

This is becoming like a 'day trade' share with ups and downs. Still don't see much downside risk from 115/120 range but markets are still jittery and UK is struggling with Brexit nonsense. But 'bus routes' ain't affected so really SGC should maintain rev/EBITDA numbers. Ok loss of Rail Fran's is a blow to revenue growth but guess if Corbyn and Co 'get in' the Operators of Rail Fran's would get seriously hammered. For me SGC sticking now to what they know, buses, is a bonus at present SP with solid divi that's unlikely now to be re-based

Lets hope all our wishful thinking is correct but 'be prepared' if bad news is somewhere in the update. Problem is you can get 95% positives with little uptick on the SP then just 5% negatives and the markets kill the SP.

Only thing I can see for yesterdays SP drop is Deauchst Bank giving a 155p guide on the SP. Hardly justifies near 10% drop on SP

See some late 'dumps' on shares at 117p+ so guess more pressure this morning but a 'bounce' once the 'overhang' is cleared. Certainly hope so or else my 109 'stop' may get tested.

Trent. Have to agree without some postive news going to see the SP 'rangebound' for some time. Had a 'stop' on these at 109p and figure will leave it at that before averaging down more. Markets up today away from 'defensives' like SGC. On a positive note. SGC know the 'bus industry' which given all the bad news still makes a profit. At these lowly SP levels someone will be showing interest. Albeit some vulture VC or best case scenerio Nat Exp et al.

All theory of course but divi makes them attractive at present and loss of the rail franchises will impact revenue 4sure but will also remove the 'risk factor' on the shares. Now SGC are 'boring' but kind of 'risk free'.

Bad day for SGC with the shares taking a beating. Not sure I understand why given the bads news is already reflected in the lowly SP. My view is there will be consolidation in the sector in respect of road transport and Nat Exp et al must be looking at SGC who have now made it clear Rail Franchise is a 'poison pill' they want no part of.

All theory of course but with the divi well covered its hard to see much downside from here but never say never.

Last time we had 'dumps' like last Friday on FCRM shares we then got the RNS on delayed financials. Just guessing but hope were not 'set up' for similar 'negative' news.

All theory of course but fingers crossed on next RNS. Little concerned on new CFO highlighting any negatives going forward so he starts with a 'clean slate' but hopefully not. Divi is presently well covered but if Capex is higher based on 'lending facility' its difficult to see it not being re-based. Any reductions on asset values (intangibles/goodwill) would likely not be welcomed by the 'markets'.

Could get worse. 737 problems getting worse now with further extended grounding so Senior will see Boeing cut back further on production which will impact Senior 4sure.

Have to agree my new 'stop' on Saga is now 28p. Without some positives can't see recent 'bounce' continuing. Hope I'm wrong but the travel sector continues to be 'hammered' by the 'shorts' still out there.

All theory of course but this week the 'markets' are jittery over the G20 summit and if that goes badly with Trump and Xi then we could see some serious downside other than defensive stocks and gold, etc

Missed the SLA RNS but guess they're going cautious on Saga but not by much. Could be more similar RNS this week.

Obviously if Pictet brought close to 5% last week we must assume they got them at the ' bottom' so far on the SP. Never heard of this outfit so not sure if their holding is now a 'short cover'. Could be positive but wait and see we still have little support below the sub 40p range.

All theory of course but with Carnival guiding lower can't see much upside on the cruise side but insurance got a bit of a lift on Fool.co.uk but 'caution and avoid for now' was the mantra

As for the lowly SP we must guess that once PPI and Brexit is out of the way the SP may receive some positive upgrades. Albeit the majority of 'expert brokers' put Barc at around 200p, as average across the 'board'. Have to figure with a solid forward divi their a goodish buy. Difficult to see much downside from the 140p/150p SP. Could get a bit rangebound at these levels but PPI going in Aug with no more regularitory fines 'flagged' they appear cheap.

All theory of course but look a good long term quality buy.

Seems a nice friendly 'forum' here. Any insight's on Barc SP in the coming months. Ok. PPI and Brexit aside. ??
