As far as the CNA SP there appears to be no 'bottom' as yet but I've set a 'stop' of 57p in the belief that until we get some good news the downward trend will continue.
All theory of course but hard to believe this share went sub 100p and has kept going. Divi at these levels is truly nuts and will sadly have to be rebased.

Not sure anybody believes the 'nice chat' theory. Elliot et al only intrerested in gaining some type of control for their own gains. They really care nothing for shareholders hence the 'vulture fund' tag attached to the likes of Elliot.

Big deal 344 shares. Guess they were given to him in a 'lucky bag'.

Just a repeat of past RNS adding another 150mill to the debt pile. Have to figure the Turkish goverment and high profile investor will have something to say on this latest stitch up. As they say. 'It ain't over till its over' so guess things will hot up this week but 4sure SP is going to be pretty volatile.

Boring but they say no news is good news. Need something to give SP a boost. Financials might helped as 'signed off'.

Not sure 'ramping' the Saga SP helps much given the present downside. Analysts quoted have little more idea on Saga than us here as to the future of the company. You have to remember 'analysts' said Debs, Carrilion, etc etc were 'solid investments'. Not true. Basically they look at numbers and throw out perceived values that rarely 'hold water'.
All theory of course but Saga is in a sector thats 'in the toilet'. Add to the fact that Saga is really now a 'dinosaur' losing ground daily to other internet players. Add again that Saga is very very badly run with Management taking their inflated salaries even as the company 'dies'. Sadly, we who have invested bear the cost.

Looks like the 37p option will be availible today.

Set a 'stop' at 35p hope its not breached.

With the markets as jittery as they are gotta guess Saga could be at 40p by the weekend. Hope not but most support levels appear to be breached.
All theory of course but Saga will take awhile if it ever happens. Got to confident on recent SP rise now in the mid 40s looks less favourable.

Sounds pretty positive on this guy actually making a difference. He has the Turkish/Russian market and Fosun the Chinese market. On this basis, and as long as the Lenders and Bondholders don't get greedy, then TCG could recover. Its clear the.travel sector is 'under the cosh' but TCG have the ability , plus an airline, to possibly benefit from the failure of other lesser outfits.

Be nice to think the theory of Saga recovery is correct. Two more travel outfits going bust today shows how bad the travel sector is but guess Saga getting a lift from the TCG gains.

So this guy owns a holiday company in Turkey so TCG looks cheap as an 'add on' or maybe he only wants part of the company. However you look at it he's 'thrown a spanner' into the Fosun deal that basically just scxxed investors. Maybe there is a 'saving angel' come to rescue us all.
All theory of course but lets hope the SP rise continues. Two travel outfits going bust today may also have helped with the sector maybe stabilising.

A question. The 16 July RNS said FCRM were in the last stages of the Company Audit flagging up certain changes that do not impact negatively on the Accounts. I know I call this 'shuffling the chairs' but should we be concerned that at 1st August we still do not have the.adjusted accounts. Obviously if there exist 'unknowns' in the numbers this may again 'spook' the market.
All theory of course and I remain positive with the Bayford buyin but what about Blackrock and again how did Bayford 'bookbuild' so many shares in FCRM given.trade volumes do not reflect this.

Blimey I thought I could be ruthless on downside but 17p and on what basis is 17p arrived at. 4sure I'm negative on Just until we get.more positive news but major holders are upping their holdings so must assume the see light at the end of the tunnel.

Maybe your correct and a bit of wishful thinking on my part but its good that 'anyone' holds 10%+ of FCRM makes me believe they know more than we do. Only time will tell.

Whats the Turner thing. 400k or 404. Bit confused but thats normal for me
