To me, he appears to be the prime mover in the formulation of the Dual Payload Peptide Drug Conjugate construction, and it makes sense that he will be the speaker to explain all in Boston on 25th October.

As a wise CEO, CC has recognised his considerable contribution here, and has put him forward as the speaker rather than herself, as she is well aware of the potential benefit to cancer sufferers that is on offer. It is a play to the scientists in particular, as well as the Corporates.

Good post from Bella and as we are now approaching the second half of October I am expecting news updates to pick up.

Am particularly interested in the new way of leveraging the platform and how extensive that may be given CC's excitement on this as in:

Am reasonably confident it will concern using the Precision Platform to treat non cancerous indications as mentioned earlier and would be an enormous expansion of the Pipeline's potential use.

I could be on the wrong track here, but am wondering if the Spotlight in October that CC refers to, will be to get the chemists to explain about the required redesign of payloads that will be required as cytotoxic drugs will be unsuitable for non cancerous indications. This work would be required if the pipeline were to be ( hugely) expanded so as to include non cancerous fibrotic or inflammatory conditions such as Liver disease or Cardiac fibrosis or Crohn's disease for example where there is elevated FAP expression.

Is this what CC i sexcited about.

In the meantime looks like iit's going to be another much ado about nothing day.
