I think Bella's point is that there should be a named Avacta person who will deal with shareholder's enquiries as and when those enquiries arise .

At the moment, that is not the case and I share her concerns as there are obviously problems getting responses from ICR and the other two Leck and Scaduto.

Agreed, it's not a good look, but would CC's view be that there were 3 alternative means of contacting Avacta ( vicariously), via ICR Healthcare, Renee Leck and Carly Scaduto?

The fact that none of these alternatives have ever responded to my enquiries represents a bit of a practical problem as far as I am concerned.

In brief, CC seems to have subcontracted out "contact" to others.

It's a summary of what he doesn't like about bitcoin.

Note however that he does not mention BTCs ( Bitcoin Treasury Companies) in the article.

Somewhat belatedly I have just noticed that there was a full page article in yesterday's The Times entitled : Brace yourself for the next US Fad: Bitcoin treasury companies --a new way into crypto. It's by Dominic O'Connell and is on page 47 of the Business Section. It's a good article and should give good press for the likes of BMV. Smarter Web gets a good mention.

Now that both Launch and Coris Bioconcept have been sold, and Avacta is a pure Therapeutic play, the ground should be clear for further progress on the monetization front.

Hoping to see some upcoming RNS'd news on all these fronts that RH and the BOD are working on.

Given the date of this confirmation ie £2.15 Million upfront and total package of £2.765 Million on 14th August 2025, presumably this coming Monday would be the first opportunity for Avacta to confirm by RNS that the deal is complete.
