I thought the interview was positive but edging more on caution - when in negotiations you really cannot celebrate until docs are signed...it also weakens VALs positions if prematurely celebrated!!.. interesting next few weeks in my view. Well done George and team VAL.. GAL

why 2p... they do not need to raise yet!! they may raise end of Q3/beginning of Q4 - IF needed... but SP could/should be much higher.. IF they need to raise... this is headroom and positioning themselves for negotiations...

adam, was just trying get a point across... people are basing a potential fund raise at these levels... I would be pi..ed off if that was the case... but don't believe it will happen as partner deal should lift us to higher levels. we can leave then or wait till next partner deal...in between there may be some funding requirements for other pipeline products.. was just say... was just say, not trying to mislead.

Flipsome - Re the headroom... Let me ask you a question, would you mind if VAL raised a few Mill at around 20p???...or even higher??? probably not...

Flipsome - don't think this it was called for by VAL...more likely by Beaufort...they could see something coming and took advantage as most brokers do... they gained a lot from this too.. each wave of potential was taken advantage of by Beaufort in my view.. if they had of waited, maybe we would all be better off..

My opinion - based on what is out in th public domain is that we are close to the finish line (my view first deal)..

I also agree with you - IF there is a discounted capital raise, then yes, excising Pi's should be considered... But there is no fund raise - just head room as I mentioned before. JV peeps would want to assure their investment and have it relied upon to support the rest of the product pipeline.

I don't believe the board consider any fund raise as easy option as funding is difficult in such cases.. they take what they can to get the job done... and here we are..
