January, you seem to ask the same question knowing the answer - not sure what your agenda is but you seem quite driven either way. share holding is on the Val website as you also know, as well as knowing that they are in a closed period due to pending 401 deal and 201 update. you also know that they have options at 4p of which is quite comforting in my view as this should go way passed that when deal/update announced in MY view.. GL with what ever your agenda is...

and deferred tax losses... think you may have missed something there.. Oh, as well as 201 working according to plan...and 401 working according to plan and awaiting deal as well as 101 and 103... all going well. I have spoken to the company also and its all going to plan... expectation on deal conclusion anytime soon is the only thing effecting investors confidence coupled with funding needs - both go hand in hand. Unless of course there is some update re 201...and potential JV which has not been mentioned yet - look at the RNS yesterday.. invitations and reviews are not just for jolly's..!

The only way is for Val to comment now (formal conclusion of peer review) as you and tozard seem to have made your mind up.. I remain positive and this is my call... some remain not so positive and that’s their call.. Gla

Tozerk, both reports were rns’d by val... do you really think they would support such comments via an rns from them if not true? As I said earlier, a statement from val may be worth while, not sure if it would really listened to by some though..

I really feel now that the only clarification of all this should be from val.. lots of speculation and lots alternatives views based on interpretation. You know which camp I am in but all argumanents all sides now need to be put to bed as it’s killing any incentive left here. I will ask GM direct to see if they could offer a clear statement n to put all this to bed once and for all.. the Edinburgh event should clear all, but that is still a couple of weeks away... I don’t think we can wait that long. For the record, I am a large long Term holder and truley believe in val and the BOD based on my understand of results and direction. Nothing has been presented wrong and results are in line with what has been communicated from val..in my view.. still a strong buy from my side but sentiment is rock bottom and can only be recovered with clarification and deal news from val direct. Until such news, sadly this BB will go into negative overdrive..

agreed, things will be much clearer before then in my view. The BOD made a promise to return value to us shareholders.. they WILL deliver and certainly would not want an embarrassing event.. The Val story is out there in its entirety...what else is there to say...so for sure, they will have something different to say.. maybe even gloat about the first deal like 'as we said, or we told you so...per our business model'...things are happening but sadly some investors are loosing patience. I guess this is justified given the current sentiment around Val but where else to put money - we are so close. I intend to top up again later this week. GLA
