RE: Update26 Feb 2019 11:54
ok, here goes... its easy to blame the BOD as its seen as all down to them I guess... but what about AIM in general?!! seems quite bad in general especially in this industry. Look at the product RNS's - all positive.. in the old days this would drive the SP up and fund raise would be higher. We, as PI's know that it takes a while to get product to licence and we are close with 401.. and not so far off with 201.. Patents are also of value - but value seem to be ignored to some extent.!! so the way I see it, us long termers who followed all trial data are aware that so far results are in line with expectations - this is good news! what WE didn't do is trade it!! We all expected a huge spike and then retire!!... this was never advised by the BOD... so, my view, BOD have delivered the products in line with expectations, 401 deal is pending (ok a bit late!).. and 201 will happen soon also - looking positive. Market is crap at the moment, us PI's should have been a bit more astute - including myself, and traded this rather than watch it go up and then down...and then up and so on. Can we blame the BOD for this? NO.. When it comes to funding, of course if Novum approach them saying we have 500k at 0.6p they could say no...but in the current market state, why would you...knowing you have secured financing for the next few months and not worry about brexit implications.. I certainly would if this was my company - protecting employees and shareholders (to some extent). it gets us to the deal where we should see a better level of confidence in the 401 product that by defaults should lift the SP... BTW, I am hugely down and this is my fault! hindsight is great - know when to buy and when sell is hard but I don't think this is the BOD's fault... GLA
