and for the record, I too am not happy about the current SP valuation - but suggest a strong buy to new comers, we are so undervalued!!!.. I will continue to average down as and when funds are available.

Shirley, just look at some of the comments on here...meaningless in my view!

talk about the BOD is more frustrating the seeing the current SP diminish!! I didn't realise how many recruitment gurus we have on this BB either!! The BOD have delivered in accordance with expectations...yes it has cost money to get here, but we all know that AIM is a vehicle for such funding! And commenting on their salary is also unfair, who could recruit such technical levels of resource to develop such potential for less. If anyone believe they are underpaid for what has been delivered so far should not invest in such a development company. I have said many times on here, VAL is at is best state since conception! Product is performing according to expectations and confirmed and well patented. The deal thing will happen, just a matter of time and of course patience. Us LTH have waited this long, so a few more weeks wont matter to me personally. moaning and bickering and surmising on what will happen is not helping anyone on here.. and if anything, making sentiment even worse - just chill! GLA genuine holders...

getting a really good feeling about this now... unanimous vote in favour... great summary from GM last week...all good news about the product portfolio we have.. what's not to like. I don't believe there will be any crazy fund raise prior to JV news...maybe a share issue as a condition where a partner may want a stake in VAL. what's important to me is who the JV partner is.. especially if a big pharma!! I don't really care if they issues shares direct to partner as there will be no risk of flipping.. Just wish I had of waited a few years before buying in...as now is the time to buy!! Going to be an interesting couple of weeks in my view..!! GLA
