Freddy, having been involved with placing before through BS, shares are tradable from the when the market is notified... i.e, Placee's could instruct to sell from the Friday we were informed... I believe however (not experienced this with BS), some of these were even forward sold prior to the placing RNS as there was some large trades that looked/seemed to be buys but had no influence on the market value... in normal circumstances, such large trades would have hiked up the SP. All a bit odd, but do not change the fundamentals of what we have here...

but never had any calls!... had the email asking me to confirm what I had, but thats it! hoping they conclude this soon as do not want to lose my 9p VAL warrants!!...and yes, I believe it will fly past 9p before they expire in September..GLA

If true, I am sure many of us will be drinking something a bit stronger.... however, lets a get to 10p first and then get that partner news... it's coming..but when?? We have 401 sitting idle at the moment awaiting partner sign off whilst waiting, people are suffering who could really benefit from this drug.. it's in no ones interest to delay this further.. confident but frustrated with the wait as many are here. But will wait and top up as and when I can..

Russel, I suspect they are in a closed period.. if they bought now, then to me it would suggest we are no closer to partnering.. they have some serious value with options at 4p and I am sure they expect the sp to be many multiples of that!! Their salaries are good, agreed...but where could you buy the skills required to develop such products that we have. This is what I invested in...and so far the product is being delivered. We just need that jv/partnership relief now and we will all be happy. Worrying about what the bod own will not change this...well apart from what I said. If they buy now, I won't be happy as it will be a sign that we are no closer..!!

I think we have all learnt a very valuable lesson but that's all now history. We (VAL) are now in the best position in the history of VAL and now is the time to buy in my view. Any new investor would do great at these levels in my view., Look at our port folio and IP's... and here we are at around 10M MC. I have been averaging down and have more exposure than I had initially planned but I truly believe we are about to turn, Ok, I could be a little na�ve based on historical events, but as I said, that is history and we are now in a much better position then ever. Time to look forward now. Easier said I know, but I have faith...

don't forget, a lot of warrants are locked in Beaufort!! mine is a 9p and expire in September...just before PWC start releasing stock back to clients!! meaning that I and many others will loose them!!! swallowed that bitter pill and bought additional this week same qty but lower cost. happy to see 15p quite soon ;)

good point, I have that feeling too... seems odd and rather exciting... just want it to stay at these levels for a few more day though... :)
