Dont know when i Will be able to read it, stuck in my house with two babies and not a minute to breath.
BUT, very important to understand if the senior loan is yet to be used or if the money is still it toscanas hands or the worst case scenario, we are being lied to saying they made a deal of paying 0.7$ a barrel when while paying 7$ a barrel.
If anyone has more time to go over the numbers and share with us that would be great.

Can you please explain what leverage it provides in your view and what do you mean by access to debt facility.
My understanding is that i3e is buying a debt of around 32mc$ that has already been spent to add to its existing debt.

The break even is amazing as its an onshore field and oil is in c. 500m depth. 
The rational of the deal as i see it is the potential expenditure as the field has a potential of 100m recoverables and with higher oil price in a year might create significant value.
The key of making this deal a good deal is investing and ramping the bbopd and that requires money.
If i3e sees itself as a company that can provide the means to expend the production rate, it must be sure they are gonna make a great deal in serenity, else its a joke on our expence.

I wrote the break even is amazing and that there is a 100m recoverables potential, lets say it as it is, you both dont understand what it means and probably didnt read the update fully.
So this has a potential to create a lot of value (as i wrote as well) if you can fund it!!! And in that regard i3e is dependant on a good deal in serenity, so i wrote that in my opinion they would go for this deal only if they were to know they gonna make a good farm out deal.
In any case im in for serenity.

Bamps, im still in because im waiting for an opportunity to sell out, maby on good news from saffron.
I allways write what i believe if its support my position or not.
No one knows how long oil will be low and the fact that it threatens companies with a debt and operational costs that relay on their fcf that just stoped is relevant to a lot of companies that might not survive this crisis.

Cerp is a company with a debt that relays on the operational cash flow, that is the worst kind of companies to invest in a time of crisis and low oil price.
The big opportunities are the companies that are debt free and on the exploration phase with attractive assets and cash ready to drill.

The oil price doesnt concern me at all, it will bounce back in a year or so.
For companies with debts and deadlines the oil price may be a threat but that is not the case here.

Hi, i'm an i3e holder and as such went over rre's update rns.
Had a good view on rre since long ago, low break even projects and capable managment, but the sp at the moment seems unlogical..
85m pound mc and 276m pound cash with no debt..
Am i missing something?

Btw, my morning 100k sell at 0.072 was served at an average of 0.075.

Very interesting these last two days trade.
Yesterday the sp made a huge move up with a lot of small buys and low volume, today a lot of big sells with high volumes that were picked up immedietly.
It looks like someone set a trap, raised the sp in an obvious manipulation then waited for the opportunity sellers around the corner and topped up with big volume buys.

We might be surprised, i just put it to the test, and put 100k sell 0.072, was completed immedietly then jumped to 0.078
