we are still waiting for final results but looks to me saffron is not a company maker, had the potential if the 11m bboe that were hoped for were discovered but that is not the case, the case is now about commerciality or not and boarder line commerciality is not very profitable so by my view more of the same.
the rates of 50-100 bbopd is nothing, that is a rate that will take years to cover the development costs and the exploration costs.
we are still waiting for rns with final analisys but that is my take and Im just waiting for a little rise to sell out.

future of oil- by exxon the pick of oil consumption will be at 2040, Aramco who is the most exposed to that as 80% of saudy arabbia income is based on oil made her own research by which it will pick on 2035.
in the coming years African states will up their oil consumption dramatically.
I would say I feel comfortable investing in oil for the next 3-5 years.

Second listing does not give extra cash, it gives extra demand to the stock and prevents manipulations.
As it is a requirent by the junior lenders it might be a step towards a senior loan for phase 1.
With the extra demand to our shares and the PR needed before listing which will surely inclood a new presentation, i can see us at 15-20p by april on no news.
After the farm out update i am optimistic that not only a farm out is a metter of months away but a good deal will be made.
A good deal for us is 50m$ for 50%, through cash or cash + carry, a deal like that means well be at 60p on spud.

Hi, i do have friends invested in eco.
Personally made a good run buying in before jethro then selling after joe to buy i3e and kept my earnings there which shrank 70% since the heavy oil flop and the tullow collapse.
About i3e no doubt in my mind serenity alone is a multi bagger and farm out in a few months.

So far I thought only rre and repsol are in the game and in that case a farm out with our back against the wall would be for free, funding i3e's share of 3-4 wells doesn't even cover the investment made in serenity alone.
Multiple parties is a different ballgame, that might get us discent deal, I guess 50m$ for 50% is a great deal for a farminee and represent a 100m$ asset value and a 50-60p on announcment.
A carry of 3-4 wells will probably value us at 25-30p.

Scroll back and see I was the only one on this board to write about possible dillution in regard to the listing, I wrote a very aggresive mails to the company about that and two days after they release this rns to reply to "rumours", might be related might not, who cares, that was a side remark in an informative post i posted.
Not surprisingly the only posters that try to make me look not trust worthy are posters that since i joined here have never contributed to this board.

I can understand the frustration of people about this rns as it doesn't deliver any fundamental news, but looking at the big picture this was a must release.
don't want to take the "credit" but this rns was probably a result of all the emails I sent to the company and to the finance pr demanding answers about the secondary listing and if it means issue of more shares (they called it rumours), to put more pressure I attached my holdings and said that I need an answer to decide about my next step (without mentioning numbers I am the biggest PI the company has).
so the point of the secondary listing is probably to create more value for the company and for us investors.
the farm out process is progressing well and that is all we need to know as the company can not give more information until it is signed.
the fact that no more shares will be issued in the process of the secondary listing means that the sp is not an obstacle and my conclusion of an imminent farm out for that reason doesn't apply anymore, it doesn't mean that a farm out is not around the corner but as well could take till june (any longer and the all drilling campaign will be in question).
the fact that the secondary listing is related to the junior loan implies that things have been sorted out in that regard and we are not facing problems come 30.4.20, when a senior loan was required to stay in compliance with the junior loan terms.
back to the waiting game.

We have rre and repsol "desperate" for more capacity to the bleoholm that they are fid'ing tain H2 and more small scale projects on the blake license, plus tain might be an extension of serenity so if it produces most oil will be i3e's oil, so unitization is needed and by rre they already reported that tain will fd H2.
The added value of rre and repsol makes them the only partners which graham said "we are working with our potential partners in that regard", talking about the next campaign.
