the ask is 5.3, I have a bid at 5.3 for about an hour that is not being served while 5.2 buys do...

The spread is ofcourse a false, i had a buy order at 0.05 that wasnt served while the bid is 0.045, thebuyer took another 4k pound at 0.052.

Looks like a leak, lets hope its more then a waiver.
78k pound is 1.5% of the company being traded in a single two buys then some round number sells at cheaper price to preper for the next big buy.

I3e was also obligated to complete a secondary listing by 29.4 that wasnt completed and if the toscana vote will accept the acquisition will be completed in more then 2 months and if not then its might get nasty.
The secondary listing obligation means they had to buy toscana if they want to or not after the crisis started.
They eather have a rabbit in their hat or things are going to get complicated.

By the 29.4 i3e was obligated to secure funds for development.
As they state in the rns that is not possible.
The conclusion is A1 must be developed in order to keep up with the loan.
If they get a waiver and not develope A1 then these reserves wont be enough to secure the loan and future proved reserves from serenity will be used instead, bad scenario.
I3e must farm out A1 and develope it or sell the license for the debt.

They obviously about to secure a waiver, but if they hadnt secure its too big of deal to not inform in time, thats why the sp went down on the rns. Personally bought some this morning at 5p now waiting for the waiver to sell that specific amount.

I think the f/o is a done deal, all left is the last minute price tag.
These guys sure knows to negotiate, hopefully they will deliever a good deal under a difficult sentiment, but no metter what deal they deliever its a multy bagger.

Total doesnt seem to delay operations, just bought the tullow share of their uganda jv for 565m$.

I think you are giving up too soon, you waited so far so perhaps its better for you to let them the chance to raise funds for serenity through f/o, if they wont succeed then they will defenetly prove their incompetent and over confidence that will transform them to toscana 2, waisting all their funds on two drills at the same location ending up empty handed then waisting the rest on an acquisition they cant afford.
