WW; buybacks still reduce the total number if shares in issue, which should then result in a higher dividend payment per share declared.

I was under the impression the general consensus from the financial guru's would be 1.56p dividend to start with when reinstated?

Dito! I know how you are feeling, I jumped back in yesterday morning @36p, not much down but still down!

There was an RNS released at 14:00 his afternoon titled "Block Listing Interim Review". I have read this but does not make much sense to me. Can anyone explain what it is telling us?

The dynamics are not the same now to the first time you bought; no vaccine then, brexit still ongoing. Brexit sorted and numerous vaccines being rolled out so not so much uncertainty now? There is light at the endo of the tunnel now so hopefully the SP should not fall as much as last time around.

Maybe sub 34p at close?

Barclays are up now?

Barclays seems to be getting of lightly today compared to Lloyds and Natwest?

so when it opened up at at 37p and then dropped 1p to 36p I bought the dip, and it briefly started rising again; but then it carried on dipping! What's it going to be like on the next down day for FTSE?

Well you made a better call than I did earlier this morning buying back in @36p!

everyone is on the same ballpark today talking Lloyds and not some crap crypto currency or dodgy Aim penny share precious metals!

The recorded recorded high SP on 13/12/19 was 69.99p, this is from information on the Lloyds website.

"yeah lloyds is in the article"

But not one of the 10 stocks recommended this time! It is mentioned as being one of the top 10 stocks recommended for 2020 in January last year, but was the worst performer down 47%!

Out of curiosity, what dozen companies are you now holding in your portfolio? I have some cash looking for somewhere to invest, looking for solid dividend paying companies, so am interested to hear where other like minded investors are invested.
