Has there been any news yet of todays BOE interest Rate Setting meeting?

Morning all,
IMO BREXIT is is shaping up to be a cliff hanger right up until 31st December; and then potentially the can kicked down the road again? To me it appears BOTH sides are guilty of jockeying for position to claim the moral high ground so as to blame the other if we are capitulated into a no deal. They seem more focused on any political fallout from there own side if any deal agreed cannot be regarded as victory for their side and a climb down from the other side.

Be interesting to see where SP starts of today? There was a lot of fluctuation of SP after hours trading last night above and below the 36p level which seems odd?

Well it would be good to see 400p again, but I think it has as much chance of this as a one legged man has of winning an a**e kicking competition, or Scotland have of winning the football world cup!

Making an analogy between todays SP and the SP 20 odd years ago not relevant is it? Todays banking environment is a totally different beast.

I sold my entire holding on Tuesday morning @ 37p. So at the moment looks like it was a good call. Anyone considering taking a punt just before trading finishes tonight? I am thinking be cautious and see what happens over the weekend and Mondays open? Interested to hear other opinions.

This wont touch 40 again until Brexit is finally laid to rest, one way or the other.

Falkers will have to put his champagne on ice, this wont hit 40p today.

Ignore my request. The link google gave you was an outdated link to Hargreaves Lansdowne website on 25th February 2016 advising Lloyds were going to pay a special dividend of 5p that year which was paid. No special dividend of 5p has been declared by the board for next year!

Why would there be a sell of before the US opens? Nothing untoward just now with US futures?
