Auc1, yes it's that simple. WeCap sat at about 2.5p a share a few weeks ago as a WeShop proxy, WeShop listed on the nasdaq last week and rose from ~$15 to $200 a share, volume increased massivelythis side but Peel Hunt used it to exit as they had bought shares at likely an average of about 1.25p a long while ago. During last week from sold around 14% of the company and it was too much for buyers.
Nothing is certain but aslong as WeShop share price remains elevated ($100 WeShop = 19p WeCap equiv & it's $115 right now...) buying volume will return to last weeks without a major seller to halt the momentum and this will rerate.
