Actually closing NAV was about 38p, 22p was the post-market NAV and it's currently about 25p.

To make such a comment you must believe that the majority of small biotech bidding wars happen somewhere between preclinical and p1a in the first drug they're bringing to the market? Is that what you think?

1p here is equivalent to WSHP being $5 a share.

You have to also realise it did over 500% so a 41% drop is still about 300%. Focus on share price not movement, 117p is still 21.5p equivalent (I’m seeing 122p right now pre/market which is 22p equiv.

Every $100 in share price of WSHP equates almost exactly to 20p a share here, very neat way of translating across from stateside price.

So you have close to 40p at nasdaq close yesterday or 22p based on after hours price. It would need to fall another 83% from the after hours drop to value WCAP fairly right now.

Costs are negligible compared to SWC's raising ability and bitcoin stack, petty cash covers them.

Buy below mNAV when you expect BTC is close to bottoming and wait long enough for sentiment to return here as it likely will at some point. Another cycle with the right actions at the right time from Webley and could easily see mNAV above 2 and the share price much higher.

If you think management hold all the cards here you couldn't be more wrong.

The gold loan deferral in late 2023 came when the market cap was ~$20m and the loan due was $5m so AIMSL didn't have quite the power they have now with GRL mcap at $5m and loan due being $10.5m

I've never previously felt a takeover was close but do think it's more than possible that it happens within 12 months now.

Higher. Q2 saw revenue of $82.7m and net profit of $51.6m from 'just' $3185/oz. It's looking quite possible that POG exceeds $4k/oz average across Q4 which could see revenue at $90m+

It’s sort of chicken and egg stuff with lithium. The lithium price has to be high enough to make the large initial investment worthwhile - could have taken a risk and tried to raise the money and just gone full steam ahead hoping the lithium price would rise by the time the plant was up and running but it would have been a risk given Andrada has relatively high debt.

Of course there’s still a risk of building in good times as you never know what the price will be doing once constructed and commissioned.

We can be rest assured you won’t let anyone forget.

We could see a placing in the coming weeks... and it'll likely see the share price appreciate, not fall.

Look at the June placing. Share price was on the rise peaking at 21.5p, HEX announces 16p placing, share price that day drops back to a low of 17p and the very NEXT day hit 23.5p. A few weeks later it was high 20s.
