Solid numbers, production guidance range narrowed for the positive (was 85k-95k, now 90k-95k), AISC now $900/oz - $1000/oz, $81m net cash position. Douta PFS realistically within three weeks (won’t be Christmas period), Segilola resource upgrade to follow in the new year. Q4 to be exceptional at Segilola.

Oh I did miss that and yeah that is more positive.

There is never any point sitting there worrying about what to once the share price is over 3 times higher than it is today.

It’s also utterly impossible to accurately forecast exactly how the next 12 months plays out.

Directors aren't going to buy shares and then do a discounted placing. If there was to be a placing I'd imagine Eva would have held off and just bought into the placing so that gives me confidence that this is likely to be about as low as it goes.

How did you come up with that selling price, there’s no clue as to offtake prices in the last RNS???

It’s unlikely that TGR will be getting $940/t average selling price for their basket - 2023 it was $874 and last year that fell to $828/t and as far as I’m aware there’s no improvement in natural graphite prices.

I’d have thought best case scenario for now would be back to 2023 prices, they really are up against it both internally (operationally) and externally.

Of course you’re going to post on the first up day after I’ve your posting patterns have been brought to everyone’s attention!

We just saw a bit of a spooked sell off Friday as wider markets panicked. Immediately recovering is a great sign.

I wouldn't have agreed but considering there's been absoltely no strategy shared and there's so many warrants at 0.8p it's hard to justify a higher price currently.

Raise next year? They are going to be receiving £81m cash next year, what are they raising for?

A really good interview and most notably there was absolutely no 'boostering' from Kris. He says to expect a 'new rhythm of communication' with updates on offtakes, production volumes etc all to come soon. 'The story no longer about what we plan to do but rather the story is what we are doing' and hammered home the message that upcoming news will do the talking.

The market is wanting to see no raise in the meantime down here. Seeing as cash will start hitting Ironveld's accounts very soon plus should be cash over from June placing and the ~$0.5m upfront prepayment received already from Daemaneng i'm encouraged to think no placing will be forthcoming and once that's clear to the market and the positive newsflow rolls in we'll see a rerate... and then let the 0.072p warrants add to the cash pile rather than any extra subscription.

Say what you want Wyn but there is absolutely no doubt that you post multiples more on average on down days than up days. Consistently, over a long period. I’ve mentioned it in the past and you’ve said it’s a coincidence but it’s the same pattern almost every time and if one was to properly analyse it they’d find statistical significance no doubt about it!

If we had a week of declining share price you’d almost certainly be posting half a dozen times a day minimum, numerous up days in a row? Washing your hair, busy, living your life etc.

As you say it really doesn’t matter but there’s a reason no one believes you.

It's a shame that the wider markets took a dump this morning, both UK budget related and dampening interest rate news out of the US, share price really was ready to move through the gears.

Still, if 75p now acts as supports it's merely a matter of time.

That’s a big purchase, will certainly steady the ship… but it was off market wasn’t it so an agreed transaction at 1.5p?

I asked the question at the Investor Meet and neither Jason nor Theo seemed to have even thought of the next year's accounts even though they should be being worked on already. I'm sure the auditor's have though and we'll get some commentary confirming what steps are in place to have the next set of accounts ready alongside these accounts.

As a holder it is something that bothers me though.

I wasn’t trying to do anything but give a fair and balanced take on what’s happened since suspension. Obviously if there are events between now and relisting that are wholly positive then imo that will swing it towards buying pressure outweighing selling and a rise up and away from 0.68p.

There’s another aspect to consider though, the next audited FY accounts are due Jan 31st 2026. If NEO relists in December will there be fears of another suspension in less than two months time? Possibly.

And do not kid yourself, you took pleasure in seeing Avacta share price go lower and lower - it was palpable.

The reason folk hate you on here is that it’s so very obvious that you’re the type of trader that was always expecting to buy back in at some point, you always did see the potential but you saw which way the wind was blowing and joined in the pile on against Avacta to see how low it could go first. That’s why you stuck around commenting as much as any holder and keeping very close tabs on Avacta.

When factors changed which made it the right time in your mind to buy back in (and yes I agree you’ve read it better than most) suddenly Avacta goes from being another AIM company set for the trash heap to being the multibillion takeover target, all within a matter of months.

Nobody would dislike you if you had simply sold and commented now and again but the fact you stuck the boot in and added to negative sentiment as much as you could is what makes you very weasely in many people’s opinion on here.

Having said that I wish others would let it go.

We had plenty of knights in shining armour come here to highlight the dangers of AIM listed gold producers last year when the share price was as low as 15p, thankfully many of us ignored the kind selfless warnings.

Offering 81.3p there at the end for some of my shares, lovely.
