Selling Inyoni (SA lowest cost producer) then saying we still exposed to PGMs by keeping Tjate .. is a fast. Any long term investors knows its not happening in our life atleast.

I agree with Gray 1 and Seis.

There are a few things that would get investors excited again in Jubilee.

1. Trial results from OB1. Leon said it works so let's see it.

2. Or a deal concluded in partnership with OB1 before the Circular. Leon says he's had many offers but 4 months later we are still nothing.

3. Drilling results for Project M and Project G

4. Leaching results.

I can't think why anyone would sell the SA business without the above. Roan is not producing what was told to us so we really need more transparency.

The new Modular needs transitional waste rock that has a constant 1.6% copper or above to reach 240 to 360t per month... not between 0.7 and 2% like the waste rock project. I find it very hard to believe the Modular will work as well as it does at Roan. What ever happened to 15 000ton trial that formed part of the due diligence?? Leon fails again and again to present the whole story

After all the f ups in Zambia and then telling us the SA business is on sale virtually a day before Platinum started to shoot up, JLP really hasn't had much luck on its side..

Platinum on the verge of breaking 1300... highest price in 10 years!! And poor JLP not doing anything..

Market is looking ahead to the H2 copper results and since platinum and Chrome what be in play (assuming sale is approved) then it's gonna look awful (copper sectionof the report). And with 3.15 billion shares with no or very little profit coming from Copper PRODUCTION pe is gonna hit the roof!!

Why does Jubilee price keep falling?

I am hoping this hold up in the Circular is because Leon is in the process of signing a Waste Rock deal.

For me personally, if I saw a signed deal come through for the Waste Rock Project I would feel much better about the S.A. sale. Atleast then I'll know other investors have witnessed and approved and are happy with what's happening at Roan.

I don't like the idea of selling our core PROFITABLE business for something that still seems like a science project.

I can't see the SA business been sold unless we have a deal for the Waste Rock project.

Otherwise it's a massive risk and it comes down to purely trusting Leon since we won't be hearing from Ricus... not even a farewell RNS.

You should have also asked what happened to the 15 000 ton trial they had to do for Waste Rock project at Roan in 1st quarter.

They never released the results but the deal elapsed.

Now Leon says he has many new offers yet we still to hear of one?

Another question about Project M is that Leon originally said they want to put a modular to upgrade the low quality material. My question is how can the modular (same design as Roan) upgrade the 0.7 percent material efficiently. If its battling with high grade material how on earth will it process low grade?

I suspect Leon was hoping for better results out of Roan before they announced the PGM/Chrome sale proposal.

Hence also the reason for the extended trials trying to get better results which obviously didn't happen.

Leon should of manned up and just said results are not as expected but he also doesn't want to rattle investors so he simply left out why the results at Roan are not meeting his forecasted targets. And as you say it feels they always just round the corner releasing the drilling results. Also I was expecting some copper production coming from project G (as per previous RNS) only to find out they still drilling.

Project M currently producing 87 tons a month is not exactly mind blowing either.

If you put this altogether you can see why the market (share price) isn't exactly excited yet. Let's hope there are some hard numbers in the Circular and not just hot air and pretty pictures.

I'm expecting lots of pretty pictures of copper. Don't think there will be any pictures of chrome or platinum.

We should have 5.2 million set aside for Sable upgrade.

Not only did the above not happen, but we only find out NOW.

Leon has free reign to says what he likes with zero consequences. I'm surprised the share HASN'T dropped through the floor AGAIN. although I expect it after this latest fire sale.

Leon looked like a fool talking about dividends in the last interview. He was literally making stuff up and he went along. We all know there will be no dividends for a long time. Why even say it if not to pull out the old Carrot Card.
