Roundtable Discussion; The Future of Mineral Sands. Watch the video here.
If they mention the electrical components have arrived and are been installed (as Leon eluded too) then we should start moving significantly up.
Mikie, do you think we can expect financials this month?
I'm also expecting the mid-week Sunday roast. Probably today...
Mikie, I think realistically the 4 modules Leon spoke about in January been ready for July and end of the year is not going to happen. I'm not been negative. I would just like to see realistic timelines and more transparency.
When they released the operation update I don't remember seeing a statement regarding financials? Or am I mistaken?
Talking about quarterlys, are we going to get one with the financials this month?
When you have a quarter million pounds invested in JLP and you down 40 percent and waiting around 12 + years. I question everything as I think everyone here should.
It's blatantly obvious the only plant been manufactured is the second modular for thutse as said by Leon in his latest interview.
From what I remember the bulk of the urgent placing was to secure capacity. If you don't remember go back and listen to Leon.
To think otherwise is plain ignorance.
So is our manufacturer sitting idle while we wait for IRH?
Have we secured the capacity so we can actually start building these modules? Will it be this year?
Northern, my point is that Leon made a big deal about securing capacity to build the 4 modules immediately. That was back in December/January. Go back and listen to interview after the placing. He was adamant is placing was need for this reason.
So my question is has he paid the 5 million deposit to secure capacity... or is the 5 million (don't quote me) in a savings account?
Yes I agree. What could get the share price motoring in the short term is an announcement from tweedle dum and co that the "electrical components " have arrived on site.
Although I highly doubt those two have the balls to ask the hard questions.
Yes Frog, there was a MAD rush in December to secure the capacity of the modular manufacturer hence the main reason for the placing. So 5 months later and I would of thought 2 of the modules have atleast started manufacturing???
Otherwise we have paid our supplier to do nothing?
I see goalposts been moved again!!
On that note, I have some questions I would like confirmed.
We are now in May, have we actually started to build the 4 modules for IRH JV. I think Leon said he bought out the capacity of the manufacturer. We building 2 now then another 2 later this year.
I haven't seen any news out on this for a wee while?
Actually very similar to Jubilee rwnevillie.
It's just they they getting a lot of publicity of been the only PURE COPPER PLAY in South Africa. And people are jumping all over it.
Once Jubilee news get out and the STORY of Jubilee which I feel is more important we could easily see the same gains.
Unfortunately not Jonah. I feel Jlp has more potential therefore a greater valuation. It's just the endless waiting that's extremely annoying. But it shows you when people decide go into something like Copper360 they really move fast. Reminds of Jubilee back in 2020/21
Copper360 up 23% yesterday then another 10% this morning.
They have gone from 250 to 550 cents in 5 trading days.
Jubilee is missing out in a major copper rally here!!
What are the chances we get the same reaction?
Why didn't Tweedle dee and Tweedle dum ask Leon if the fuses arrived yet? So much ambiguity with this company.
Copper360 up another 16%%%%%
That's 250cents to 470 cents in 4 trading days. 68%
I really hope we get the same reward!!!
I think we deserve it.
Maybe the appointment of RBC Capital will help.
But get it out there!!! Colin would be banging his drum like crazy man!!
Our chairman hides in the shadows.
Copper360 is the only pure copper play listed on the JSE.
You can imagine the interest they have created in the SA investment community.
What bothers me is that Jubilee has been around longer but no one has a clue about them and what they about to do in Zambia. Yes the UK investors do but you wouldn't know they existed in SA. Whereas the Copper360 CEO has been banging his drum , drumming up investor interest. Our PR is in the bin just like our share price.
If Jubilee is about to produce 100s of thousands of Copper where on earth is the PR??? Hence the low share price.
Not* the latter
Copper360 went up 51% this week on the mere announcement that they produced 130T +- in the three weeks of commissioning along with a 1000T per month in the next three months and a dividend coming next year.
Will JLP get the same rise or will it be a non event??
Let's hope the latter..
A 50 percent rise from here and I'll be break even. Imagine that after 12 years of waiting.
