That age old saying comes to mind... "where there's smoke there's Jubilee.."
Looking at SLP, THA and JLP.
They all haven't rallied today. I guess all the money is going into the large caps for now. We will play catch up later.
Definitely!
Palladium now almost up 12 percent!
Probably the biggest one day move I've seen in Palladium in my 20 years in the stock market. Up 10 percent now.
Copper also flying and Plat..
My goodness.
Has anyone looked at our metal prices?
They flying!!!
Come on JLp... get off your ars*...
The price should of re-rated 30% then add another 10% for the increase in metal prices.
The fact that we down today is absolutely bizarre!!!
Remember we only rallied up from 5s which we should have never got to in any case.
Bizarre bizarre bizarre!!
It seems like we had a nice rally on the back of excellent news on Tuesday. What's mind boggling is that we down today when most PGM producers are up 10 to 14 percent on the back of higher metals.
So we had a nice rally on Tuesday then no follow through today. The market is a strange strange beast.
Should be much higher today. I'm expecting 10p before Christmas atleast.
Up another 22 percent on the JSE this morning!!
Early days but still.
Seis, what is fantastic about this is that it seems that IRH was always in with Jubilee even before IRH won Mopani.
This means a great partnership has already been formed and bodes well Mopani, especially with the facilities that are on Mopani's grounds.
Looking at the JSE there hasn't been a single trade yet... quite odd as u thought this is transformational..
Leon said 35% margin in previous interview.
Yes I think you right but I'm sure they can start sending the bulk of the unit by road.
I really hope Leon keeps us updated as to when the Copper modular unit leaves South Africa. I was hoping it would be commission this month.
I still don't understand why the shipping ports would be a hold up when surely it will be transported by road as they've done before.
Don't count your chickens before they hatch. I've poured alot of money into here when when Roan was been built back on Leon's promises of 10 000 tons per annum.
People here have very short memories especially GOTREAL AKA MR TITANIC.
I recall Leon saying last year how Roan is an example to the industry of what can be done. Well that was a complete fail wasn't it.
As a LTH I continue to hold. But I'm not stupid it's all blind faith now as I have seen no details as to and if these revolutionary modulars actually work.
I hope so ICB.
I have alot of money invested here.
Not happy to hear that the modular still.needs to be sent to Zambia.
I'm sure Leon said before it was to be constructed on site in September!! We now almost in November.
Quite irritated now.
Gotreal.
If Glencore or the likes thought Jubilee was on the "cusp of vast copper production " then Jubilee wouldn't exist. They would have been bought out already.
Your comments are really telling. Are you on JLP payroll?
You have zero critical thinking and now it's just obvious.
Hi Jonah,
I share your sentiments as this too was not explained in any detail.
As I understand Sable needs 5% copper rich material or more to produce copper. This is the whole reason for the modulars, to upgrade the material at site from 2% to 5% then send to Sable .
Leon could of elaborated on this.
Why are Jubilee not promoting the hell out of this revolutionary copper modular technology??
They are fraction of the price of Roan, needs less water and electricity to run and produce the same amount of copper.
It's almost to good to be true.
This technology alone should be absolutely enormous and having companies like Glencore banging on our doors to buy us out. Yet the share price has tanked and not even moving on the back of this revolutionary news. Even with pgms at the lows it shouldn't matter because this new technology is revolutionary!!!
So what the hell.is going on??
Surely the modular for Roan is been trucked and not shipped!
Maybe I misunderstood Leon but he said the modular was assembled at there SA site, tested then disassemble. So I don't see why there is a delay to truck? He said some other components they are waiting to be offloaded at port.. not sure if this is for Roan or the new Chrome modulars. It was all abit confusing for me and I listened 3 times.
