"The Company is underway with a study to install a copper leaching facility at Roan to offer greater flexibility and further enhance margins. The refining step will also seek to recover the oxide copper lost in the very fine fraction accounting for nearly 60% of total losses at Roan.

Following the upgrade of Roan and successful trials earlier in the year, the Company has secured a feedstock supply agreement with a nearby third-party operation, targeting an average grade of 1.6% Cu.

"Roan consists of two main processing circuits that offers flexibility to process both ROM and copper tailings material. At present Roan is operating at a throughput target of 1 000 tonnes per day. The option exists to reintroduce the Roan front end DMS circuit. This option will be considered after the current seasonal change with the rainy season expected to commence during November 2025.

Roan performed to expectation during Q1 FY2026 reaching 915 tonnes of copper in concentrate over the period. Production levels at Roan are targeted to be maintained within a similar range to current production levels for the next quarter. Factoring in the seasonal impact of the upcoming rainy season, with production expected to range between 900 and 950 for the three month period"

What happens when there's still no LWR deal by July?

There will be more excuses no doubt. Leon has avoided any update by simply not saying anything. Same with IRH.. he went dead quiet for months. Even at copper $13000/14000 they still can't close a deal.

Seis, please can you share your lovely forecast you made earlier this year.

Would be nice to compare reality vs Leons numbers.

If it was set for March.. all the materials and construction agreements would have been signed and stamped. Materials would have been ordered and paid for etc... anyone that works in construction would know this. Maybe it's going ahead but a update would have been nice.

Yip, the share price is on the brink of collapse. I hope Leon has put a lot of though on how he presents tomorrow's RNS. No more potential this and that. Market wants straight forward answers. Even if they hard truths it will be better then then normal dribble drabble that we been accustomed to over the many years.

If Leon is serious about his suggestions of 2 potential partners for the LWR project then we should hear some news on Tuesday. He can't keep kicking the can down the road... the share price says it all... he needs to be clear about what is happening with the LWR project. Saying nothing leads to more negative speculation.

Thats very funny Seis. The only reason why the share price is depressed is because of the lack of reaching targets. Hindsight is a wonderful thing unfortunately it's all tosh. Nice try trying to control the narrative.

So according to your theory, Miton should be buying again at these "depressed" prices.. I don't think so!

I just find it quite odd they doing this now when clearly there's no money for share buy backs or dividends for the next two years...

We were recently made aware by Johnny of short term debt in Zambia with unfavorable high interest rates that needs to probably be paid off before share buy backs. I don't remember this been disclosed before the sale of the SA business. In fact I thought Leon said Zambia is debt free.

Why are we down 6 percent today. Copper price is almost at all-time highs?????
