You don't need a Circular to start building.

Interesting point about thr debt and how it will be paid off and when, I'll be sure to check that in the Circular.

To add to Gray1 comments PGM profit would have drastically improved over the last few weeks making future earnings vastly more based on current pgm prices.

Leon's seems to have used earnings based on worst case scenario which I find disingenuous and quite bizarre, maybe he's hoping investors won't investigate his figures??

At $900 per ounce of platinum the negotiation power was in the buyer's hand.

At $1350 per ounce of platinum the negotiation power has swung around to the seller's(JLP) hand.

So based on gross profit of $53 million the business should have a selling price of between $530 MILLION and $750 MILLION dollars. And that's based on Leon theory that a business should be sold at 10 to 15 times EBITDA.

So at the moment the company is been sold at a 80% discount ($90 million).

Even a $200 million dollar offer would sound low imo.

The question you have to ask now why is Leon so eager to sale. It will take years to get back to this type of valuation in Zambia and that's with a lot more millions ploughed into building plants again.

Leon must have known at some stage PGMs would go up even if it's to keep up with inflation they had to go up at some point like the rest of the metals have. Also no real investment into pgms over the last 10 years. We breaking out UPWARDS of the bottom of the PGM cycle. Selling off a fully paid off business is ludicrous.

Just listened to the interview with the Roast boys again.

In regards to the Waste Rock project Leon says they have had many offers that's better than IRH....really?..... then a few minutes later he's saying how they could start slowly by building one Modular and then adding more modules later.... it sounds like they have NOTHING concrete yet...

Any new investor is going to want a trial at Roan using material from OB1, just like IRH requested. To date we have not seen any trial results using material from OB1. There was meant to be a trial using 15 000 tons of OB1 material at Roan. Why has no one questioned Leon about this and what the results were? Leon said he would let us know but all we get is complete silence. It's probably the most important question to date!! . There's simply no transparency. Did the trial actually take place?? Then he tells us a third party has bought 10 million tons and they going to process the material using traditional method.... What.. really... you mean that can be done??? Again no explanation what so ever.

This Circular should have atleast been drafted at the time they released the RNS since its probably been in the works since they split the company. Waiting 3 weeks now, I won't be surprised if it's all a complete word salad of a Circular with lots exaggerated numbers and very little facts.

But this time I think investors are going to question EVERYTHING especially now we have a lot to lose selling the business at $90 million with PGMs where they are.. This Circular better be bullet proof or I think Leon is in for a hard time.

CHROME 2 000 000 tons x $12 (margin) = 24 million

If the sale goes through I guess it will take 3 to 6 months just to finalize the engineering drawings and get official approval etc... for project M. There's absolutely no infrastructure if you look at the Video at Project M. It's in the middle of the Bush. They will need a constant supply of water and Electricity to start with. Remember for Roan they spent 1 million dollars or more building a small water plant to pump water from a nearby dam.

People on here don't understand whats actually involved in building and how long things really take..

Remember the deal is paid over three years which to me is most definitely not in JUBILEE best interests and I for one would never vote for. The deal is all in favor of the new buyer and it absolutely stinks.

Leon should of waited till the Circular was ready, what a bizarre move to announce something major with no backup. Now we wait and watch our fellow pgm producers skyrocket...
