Will they tell us in the Circular who made the offer?

With Pgm basket over $1800 we looking at over $45 mil profit from PGMs and over 20 mil from Chrome. That's if the price stays where it is. Might even go higher according to some.

The sale at $90 mil offer just makes no sense.

He hasn't shown drilling results.. no deal on the Waste project. No update on June figures from Roan.

Before it was mentioned the waste rock project would require 4 modules to reach 20 000 tons. That was before the results at Roan of 240 to 360 per month based of a high CONSISTENT copper feed of 1.6 and above.

So in reality it will take 7 to 8 modules (6 million each)at Waste Rock Project. Does that even make much sense anymore. SURELY build 1 large one instead of 7 small modules. Running 7 modules at one site cannot make economical sense. One large would be far cheaper?

Also the grade at the Waste Project is not CONSISTENT.

I think there's alot more to understand about the Waste Rock Project hence why no 3rd put besides IRH have put a deal together. It's almost 6 months now and no deal on the Waste Rock Project. Honestly we need more truths than fairly tales.

Northern, you are correct. WHat would you call good numbers for Roan?

Even if they can somehow increase 240 to 360 tons by another 10% it's still not the 800 to 1000 expecting. Especially Leon said we would significantly improve copper production based of using higher grade material. The current numbers just aren't up to scratch.

Slater needs to the share price to go up 300 percent just to break even.

And then there's time lost in their investment which probably equates to another 50 percent.

Leon needs a supersonic BLOCKBUSTER Circular to get them or anyone else on board.

Another waiting around for 2 weeks is going to do wonders for the share price..

Northern why don't they wait till after the Full Year report, what's another two weeks for them unless they want the deal to go through before we see the numbers.. you must admit it's a bit particular.

The new numbers coming out for the SA business will far more reflect the true numbers. I think Leon thinks we dummies... or atleast it feels.like it. And even for him.. does he not want a better price for the company. Makes much more sense to wait for the full year.

Someone on this board recently said the CFO was asked at the AGM if he was asked if he took the job to oversee Jubilee affairs by Slater. His response was a resounding No according to someone that attended the AGM.

99.999% of the comments today seem to show a very uneasy feeling towards this deal.

Actuaryboi, you are correct. And probably the reason why the share price isn't liking the proposed deal (as per the RNS).

I always thought that once we reached 2 000 000 tons of Chrome concentrate Leon would announce a dividends payment twice a year. So I'm quite shock at his bizarre comments about the SA business (more investment.. he never mentionedit before) and the low ball offer. He's clearly changed the story to suite a purpose and quite frankly investors see right through it.

This Circular should of been out 2 weeks ago (for confidence)... maybe he's waiting for the Platinum to come back down ... who knows anymore. He said hes had better offers than what IRH made... but again who really knows.

All I know is that he has left this announcement to long and now it's almost expected amongest shareholders that the offer should be more.... so the Circular now has to be BLOCKBUSTER as Seis says with a higher offer... if not beware share price..

Another concern is that Ricus left mid May I assume.. I wonder if its had any impact on current copper production at Project M and Roan, since he practically was on the ground running the show in Zambia. I guess we will never know why there was no official announcement about his leaving. Neal, Ollie and Kerr all got an RNS send off and I would say Ricus did much more than any of them.

When you have copper and Platinum at multi year highs and Jubilee share price at multi year lows.. it's a sign something drastically needs to change.
